अम्बेडकर भवन आम आदमी की पहुंच से बाहर, न्यूनतम किराया रखने की मांग

बीकानेर, MaruSangram। करणीनगर योजना में डॉ. भीमराव रामजी अम्बेडकर भवन का किराया मनमानी दरों से वसूले जाने पर पूर्व यूआईटी चैयरमेन महावीर रांका ने आपत्ति जताई है।

इस संबंध में जिला कलक्टर के नाम का ज्ञापन एडीएम सिटी को सौंपा गया। पूर्व यूआईटी चैयरमेन महावीर रांका ने बताया कि जनता को प्रत्यक्ष रूप से लाभ मिले इस उद्देश्य से भाजपा सरकार द्वारा करणी नगर योजना में डॉ भीमराव रामजी अम्बेडकर भवन का निर्माण करवाया गया था।

उक्त भवन का शिलान्यास एवं भूमिपूजन 14 अप्रेल 2018 अम्बेडकर जयंती के दिन किया गया था।

भाजपा सरकार की मंशा थी जरुरतमंद और मध्यम वर्ग को सहुलियत मिले लेकिन वर्तमान में उक्त भवन का किराया पहले दिन 1.25 लाख रुपए, दूसरे दिन 1.90 लाख रुपए तथा तीसरे दिन के लिए 2.50 लाख रुपए बताया जा रहा है, जो कि सरासर अनुचित है।

भाजपा नेता महावीर रांका ने बताया कि भाजपा सरकार ने 2018 में प्रदेश के विभिन्न स्थानों पर अम्बेडकर भवन बनवाने के निर्देश दिए थे। उसी क्रम में बीकानेर के करणीनगर योजना में अम्बेडकर भवन का शिलान्यास और भूमि पूजन किया गया था।

महावीर रांका ने ज्ञापन में प्रशासन से मांग की है कि जनसुविधा के लिए बनाए गए इस भवन की किराया दर न्यूनतम रखें ताकि आम आदमी को सुलभ हो सके अन्यथा मजबूरन आंदोलन करना पड़ेगा। ज्ञापन देने वालों में राजेन्द्र शर्मा, रमेश भाटी, आदर्श शर्मा, तेजाराम राव, गौरीशंकर देवड़ा आदि शामिल रहे।

In this regard, a memorandum in the name of the District Collector was handed over to the ADM City. Former UIT Chairman Mahavir Ranka said that Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar Bhawan was constructed in the Karni Nagar scheme by the BJP government with the aim of directly benefiting the public.

The foundation stone and Bhumi Pujan of the said building was done on 14 April 2018, the day of Ambedkar Jayanti.

The intention of the BJP government was to facilitate the needy and middle class, but at present the rent of the said building is being told as Rs 1.25 lakh on the first day, Rs 1.90 lakh on the second day and Rs 2.50 lakh on the third day, which is completely unfair.

BJP leader Mahavir Ranka said that in 2018, the BJP government had given instructions to construct Ambedkar Bhawans at various places in the state. In the same sequence, the foundation stone of Ambedkar Bhawan and Bhoomi Poojan was done in Bikaner’s Karni Nagar Yojna.

In the memorandum, Mahavir Ranka has demanded from the administration that the rent rate of this building built for public convenience should be kept minimum so that it can be accessible to the common man, otherwise there will have to be forced agitation. Those who gave memorandum included Rajendra Sharma, Ramesh Bhati, Adarsh ​​Sharma, Tejaram Rao, Gaurishankar Deora etc.
