बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध अभियान के अंतर्गत जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल के निर्देशानुसार बीती रात बम्बलू गांव में एक घर में चल रही डेयरी पर खाद्य सुरक्षा दल ने कार्यवाही की। यहां व्हे पाउडर को पानी मिले दूध में मिलाकर उसे गाढ़ा कर सप्लाई के लिए तैयार किया जा रहा था।
मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार ने बताया कि विभाग के दल में शामिल खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी भानु प्रताप सिंह, सुरेंद्र कुमार, राकेश गोदारा व श्रवण कुमार वर्मा ने सोमवार रात 9:30 बजे बम्बलू गांव के एक घर में चल रही डेयरी पर छापा मारा।
बताने को डेयरी मालिक के पास एक पिकअप गाड़ी है जिसमें वह गांव से अलग-अलग बाडों से दूध इकट्ठा कर विभिन्न डेयरियों को आपूर्ति करता है। लेकिन इस बीच पानी मिले दूध में व्हे परमिएट पाउडर मिलाकर उसे गाढ़ा किया जाता था और ऊंचे दाम में विभिन्न डेयरियों को सप्लाई किया जा रहा था। मौके पर ही 40 केन में 1600 लीटर दूध पाया गया जिसे तुरंत नष्ट करवाया गया। 25-25 किलो के व्हे पाउडर के 65 कट्टों को सीज कर दिया गया। दोनों के नमूने एकत्र कर जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला में भिजवाया गया है। देर रात 2:00 बजे तक कार्यवाही जारी रही।
डॉ अबरार ने बताया कि व्हे पाउडर हो, पानी हो या कोई अन्य पदार्थ, दूध में किसी भी प्रकार का अन्य पदार्थ मिलाना मिलावट की श्रेणी में आता है और खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों अनुसार विधिवत कार्यवाही की जाती है।

Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar said that Food Safety Officers Bhanu Pratap Singh, Surendra Kumar, Rakesh Godara and Shravan Kumar Verma, who were part of the department’s team, inspected the dairy running in a house in Bambalu village at 9:30 pm on Monday night. raided.
To tell, the dairy owner has a pickup vehicle in which he collects milk from different enclosures in the village and supplies it to various dairies. But in the meantime, watery milk was thickened by adding whey permeate powder and was being supplied to various dairies at a higher price. On the spot, 1600 liters of milk was found in 40 cans, which were immediately destroyed. 65 cartons of whey powder of 25 kg each were seized. Samples of both have been collected and sent to the Public Health Laboratory. The proceedings continued till 2:00 am.
Dr. Abrar told that whether it is whey powder, water or any other substance, mixing any other substance in milk comes under the category of adulteration and due action is taken according to food safety standards.
