इंटर्न्स करेंगे महंगाई राहत शिविर तथा प्रशासन शहरों और गांवों के संग का सर्वे कार्य: जिला कलेक्टर ने दिए निर्देश….

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। मुख्यमंत्री युवा संबल योजना के तहत नियोजित युवा इंटर्न्स के माध्यम से महंगाई राहत शिविर तथा प्रशासन गांवों और शहरों के संग अभियान से जुड़ा सर्वे कार्य करवाया जाएगा।
जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने सोमवार को रोजगार, आरएसएलडीसी और राजीविका की बैठक के दौरान यह निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि जिले की समस्त स्कूलों में नियोजित इंटर्न्स से शिविर अवधि के दौरान शिविर से संबंधित सर्वे करवाया जाएगा। इसके लिए इंटर्न्स की सेवाएं संबंधित उपखंड अधिकारी को सौंपी जाएगी तथा इंटर्न्स के आवास के नजदीकी क्षेत्र में यह सर्वे करवाया जाएगा। इसी प्रकार शहरी क्षेत्र में स्कूलों में नियोजित इंटर्न्स आगामी आदेश तक नगर निगम आयुक्त के निर्देशानुसार शिविर से जुड़े कार्य करेंगे।

उन्होंने बताया कि 21 अप्रैल से इनकी उपस्थिति संबंधित उपखंड अधिकारी अथवा नगर निगम आयुक्त को सौंपी जाएगी। इनकी उपस्थिति का प्रमाण पत्र भी संबंधित अधिकारी द्वारा किया जाएगा।

आरएसएलडीसी के प्रशिक्षणों की करें प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग
जिला कलेक्टर ने आरएसएलडीसी द्वारा संचालित किए जा रहे विभिन्न प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी ली और कहा कि इन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग की जाए। उन्होंने बताया कि वर्तमान में नौ ट्रेंड्स के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम चल रहे हैं।

कोलायत, नोखा में दो-दो तथा बीकानेर में पांच कार्यक्रम संचालित हैं। जिला कलेक्टर ने राजीविका द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा की और कहा कि अधिक से अधिक महिलाओं को स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जोड़कर उन्हें स्वरोजगार के लिए प्रेरित किया जाए। बैठक में रोजगार विभाग के सहायक निदेशक हरगोविंद मित्तल, राजीविका जिला समन्वयक राजेंद्र विश्नोई तथा आरएसएलडीसी के जिला समन्वयक शिवराज भाटी मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana, survey work related to inflation relief camps and campaigns with the administration, villages and cities will be conducted through the employed youth interns.
District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal gave these instructions during the meeting of Employment, RSLDC and Rajivika on Monday.

He said that a survey related to the camp will be conducted from the interns employed in all the schools of the district during the camp period. For this, the services of the interns will be handed over to the concerned subdivision officer and this survey will be conducted in the area near the residence of the interns. Similarly, the interns employed in the schools in the urban areas will do the work related to the camp as per the instructions of the Municipal Commissioner till further orders.

He told that from April 21, their presence will be handed over to the concerned subdivisional officer or municipal commissioner. The certificate of their presence will also be done by the concerned officer.

Do effective monitoring of the trainings of RSLDC
The District Collector inquired about various training programs being conducted by RSLDC and said that effective monitoring of these training programs should be done. He informed that at present training programs of nine trends are going on.

Two programs each are being run in Kolayat, Nokha and five in Bikaner. The District Collector reviewed the work being done by Rajivika and said that more and more women should be motivated for self-employment by connecting them with self-help groups. Hargovind Mittal, Assistant Director of Employment Department, Rajivika District Coordinator Rajendra Vishnoi and Shivraj Bhati, District Coordinator of RSLDC were present in the meeting.
