जिला मजिस्ट्रेट ने जारी किए आदेश
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला कलेक्टर एवं जिला मजिस्ट्रेट भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने आदेश जारी करते हुए जिले में धातु निर्मित मांझे की थोक एवं खुदरा बिक्री, भंडारण, परिवहन और उपयोग पर पूर्णतया रोक लगाई है। साथ ही पक्षियों को नुकसान से बचाने और लोक स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा के मद्देनजर प्रातः 6 से 8 और सायं 5 से 7 बजे तक पतंग उड़ाने पर प्रतिबंध लगाया है।
जिला कलेक्टर द्वारा जारी आदेश के अनुसार धातु निर्मित मांझा धारदार होता है। इसके उपयोग से दुपहिया वाहन चालकों और पक्षियों को नुकसान होने की संभावना होती है। साथ ही विद्युत का सुचालक होने के कारण विद्युत तारों के संपर्क में आने पर विद्युत प्रवाह होने से नुकसान और विद्युत सप्लाई में बाधा की संभावना भी रहती है। इसके मद्देनजर धातु निर्मित मांझे के उपयोग और विक्रय को पूर्णतया निषेध किया गया है।
उन्होंने बताया कि भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 144 में प्रदत शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए यह आदेश जारी किए गए हैं। इन आदेशों की अवमानना भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 181 के अंतर्गत दंडनीय अपराध होगा और ऐसा करने वालों के विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

District Magistrate issued orders
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Issuing the order, District Collector and District Magistrate Bhagwati Prasad Kalal has completely banned the wholesale and retail sale, storage, transportation and use of metal manjha in the district. Along with this, in order to save birds from harm and to protect public health, a ban has been imposed on flying kites from 6 to 8 in the morning and 5 to 7 in the evening.
According to the order issued by the District Collector, the manjha made of metal is sharp. Its use is likely to cause harm to two-wheeler drivers and birds. Also, due to being a good conductor of electricity, there is also a possibility of damage and interruption in power supply due to electric current coming in contact with electric wires. In view of this, the use and sale of metal manjha has been completely prohibited.
He informed that these orders have been issued in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 144 of the Indian Penal Code. Disobedience of these orders will be a punishable offense under section 181 of the Indian Penal Code and action will be taken against those who do so as per rules.
