विकास कार्यों के लिए भूमि का दान अनुकरणीय- ऊर्जा मंत्री भाटी

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। कोलायत विधानसभा क्षेत्र की गीगासर ग्राम पंचायत के नवनिर्मित भवन, राजकीय उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय भवन की चार दीवारी एवं राजपूत समाज श्मशान भूमि की चार दीवारी निर्माण कार्य का शुक्रवार को ऊर्जा मंत्री भंवर सिंह भाटी ने लोकार्पण किया।
भाटी ने ग्राम पंचायत भवन के लिए 2 बीघा भूमि दान करने वाले भामाशाह स्व. ठाकुर सोहन सिंह के परिवारजनों का साधुवाद किया और इसे अनुकरणीय बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि सामूहिक प्रयासों से विकास की अवधारणा को मूर्तरूप दिया जा सकता है।

उन्होंने ग्राम पंचायत गीगासर के नवनिर्मित भवन की चार दिवारी के लिए जिला परिषद मद से 10 लाख और विधायक निधि से सांसी समाज का भवन के लिए 10 लाख रुपये स्वीकृत करने की घोषणा की। उन्होंने गांव गीगासर के नागरिकों की मांग के अनुरूप 10 लाख रूपये और दिए जाने की बात कही।

उन्होंने कहा कि नई ग्राम पंचायत बनने से इसका अपना पटवार मण्डल होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि गांव के स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र का भवन भी शीघ्र बनकर तैयार हो जायेगा।  
भाटी ने कहा कि गांव के लिए जेजेएम प्रोजेक्ट स्वीकृत हुआ है और यहां उच्च जलाशय का निर्माण अंमित चरण में है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे गांव में घर-घर पेयजल पहुंचाने के लिए पाइप लाइन बिछा दी गई है। आगामी दो-चार माह में ग्रामीणों को नहरी पानी की आपूर्ति कर दी जाएगी।

गांव में ट्यूबवैल की सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाई गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस बजट में 44 करोड़ रूपये की स्वीकृति 44 किलोमीटर लम्बी और 7 मीटर चौड़ी रोड के लिए हुई है, जिसका काम सवा महीने शुरू हो जाएगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि कोलायत विधानसभा क्षेत्र में राज्य सरकार ने 33 नई ग्राम पंचायतें बनाई है और एक पंचायत समिति बज्जू अस्तित्व में आई है। इस बजट में हदां को पंचायत समिति बनाने की घोषणा की गई है।

उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 2018 से पहले इस इलाके में उच्च शिक्षा का अभाव था और गत सवा चार साल में 8 राजकीय कॉलेज खुले हैं। अब कोलायत विधानसभा क्षेत्र के बच्चों को उच्च शिक्षा 20 से 30 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर ही मिलेगी।

ऊर्जा मंत्री ने कहा कि विधायक निधि कोष के माध्यम से 15 करोड़ 90 लाख रुपए के सार्वजनिक हित के महत्वपूर्ण कार्य करवाए गए हैं। सीमांत क्षेत्र विकास कार्यक्रम के तहत 35 करोड़ 65 लाख के विद्युतीकरण, सड़क, विद्यालय, चिकित्सालय आदि में महत्वपूर्ण विकास कार्य करवाए हैं।

उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत द्वारा सभी वर्गों के लिए लागू फ्लेगशिप योजनाओं की जानकारी दी और कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना का दायरा बढ़ाते हुए 25 लाख रुपए तक के निशुल्क इलाज की सुविधा आमजन को उपलब्ध करवाई गई है।

उन्होंने कहा कि स्थानीय लोगों की मांग के अनुरूप अन्य कार्यों को भी प्राथमिकता से करवाने के प्रयास किए जाएंगे। ऊर्जा मंत्री ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत के संवेदनशील निर्णय की बदौलत वर्ष 2012-13 में सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन शुरू हुई। अब इसकी राशि बढ़ाकर न्यूनतम एक हजार रुपए कर दिया है और अब प्रतिवर्ष इसमें 15 प्रतिशत राशि की बढ़ोतरी होगी, ऐसा प्रावघान कर दिया गया है।

इस अवसर पर नव सृजित ग्राम पंचायत की सरपंच पिंकी मेघवाल ने अतिथियों का स्वागत किया और ग्राम पंचायत में हुए विकास कार्यों की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि 35 लाख रूपये की लागत से इस ग्राम पंचायत का भवन का निर्माण हुआ है।

इस अवसर पर पंचायत समिति बीकानेर के प्रधान लाल चंद आसोपा, देशनोक नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष ओम प्रकाश मूंधड़ा, बजरंग चालिया, पंचायत समिति सदस्य जितेन्द्र कस्वां, जगदीश कस्वां, मांगी लाल वर्मा, कृषि उपज मण्डी पूगल रोड अध्यक्ष हजारीराम गेदर ने भी विचार व्यक्त किए। संचालन मुरली गोदारा ने किया।

Donation of land for development works is exemplary – Energy Minister Bhati

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. On Friday, Energy Minister Bhanwar Singh Bhati inaugurated the newly constructed building of Gigasar Gram Panchayat of Kolayat Assembly Constituency, four walls of Government Higher Primary School building and four walls of Rajput Samaj cremation ground.
Bhati himself, who donated 2 bighas of land for the Gram Panchayat building. Thanked the family members of Thakur Sohan Singh and described it as exemplary. He said that the concept of development can be materialized through collective efforts.

He announced to sanction Rs. 10 lakh from Zilla Parishad head for the four walls of the newly constructed building of Gram Panchayat Gigasar and Rs. 10 lakh from MLA fund for building of Sansi Samaj. He talked about giving Rs 10 lakh more as per the demand of the citizens of village Gigasar.

He said that with the formation of new Gram Panchayat, it will have its own Patwar Mandal. He said that the building of the village health center will also be ready soon.
Bhati said that the JJM project has been approved for the village and the construction of the high reservoir here is in advanced stage. He said that pipeline has been laid in the entire village to supply drinking water to every house. Canal water will be supplied to the villagers in the next two-four months.

Tubewell facility has been made available in the village. He informed that Rs 44 crore has been sanctioned in this budget for a 44 kilometer long and 7 meter wide road, the work of which will start in a quarter of a month.

He said that in Kolayat assembly constituency, the state government has formed 33 new gram panchayats and one Panchayat Samiti Bajju has come into existence. In this budget, it has been announced to make Hadan a Panchayat Samiti.

He said that before the year 2018, there was lack of higher education in this area and in the last four and a quarter years, 8 government colleges have been opened. Now the children of Kolayat assembly constituency will get higher education only at a distance of 20 to 30 kms.

The Energy Minister said that important works of public interest worth Rs 15 crore 90 lakh have been done through the MLA’s Endowment Fund. Under the Frontier Areas Development Programme, important development works worth Rs 35 crore 65 lakh have been done in electrification, roads, schools, hospitals etc.

He gave information about the flagship schemes implemented by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot for all sections and said that by expanding the scope of Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme, free treatment facility up to Rs 25 lakh has been made available to the common man.

He said that according to the demands of the local people, efforts would be made to get other works done on priority. Energy Minister said that due to the sensitive decision of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, social security pension was started in the year 2012-13. Now its amount has been increased to a minimum of one thousand rupees and now every year it will be increased by 15 percent, such a provision has been made.

On this occasion, Sarpanch of the newly created Gram Panchayat Pinki Meghwal welcomed the guests and informed about the development works done in the Gram Panchayat. He informed that the building of this gram panchayat has been constructed at a cost of Rs.35 lakh.

On this occasion, Panchayat Samiti Bikaner head Lal Chand Asopa, Deshnok Municipality President Om Prakash Moondha, Bajrang Chalia, Panchayat Samiti members Jitendra Kaswan, Jagdish Kaswan, Mangi Lal Verma, Krishi Upaj Mandi Pugal Road President Hazariram Gaidar also expressed their views.
