बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। NJCA (संयुक्त मंच) के आह्वान पर मंगलवार को सभी ट्रेड यूनियन व एसोशिएशन ( NWREU/UPRMS/SC/ST, and OBC ) के साथ पुरानी पेंशन बहाली को लेकरन्यु पैंशन योजना को हटाकर पुरानी पेंशन योजना लागु करने को लेकर संयुक्त मंच (एनजेसीए/नैशनल ज्वाइंट काउंसिल फॉर एक्शन, बीकानेर के तत्‍वाधान में बीकानेर रेलवे स्टेशन से शुरू होकर लालजी होटल-सटा बाजार-कोटगेट-केईएम रोड-कलेक्टर ऑफिस के सामने से होते हुए तुलसी सर्कल व मंडल रेल प्रबन्‍धक कार्यालय के मुख्‍य द्वार पर सम्पन्न हुआ।

इस दौरान वाहन रैली में सैकड़ों कर्मचारियों ने भाग लिया। संयुक्त मंच के संयोजक कॉम प्रमोद यादव, कॉम ब्रजेश ओझा, मोहनलाल बुनकर, शौकत अली
ने रैली के समापन पर मंडल रेल प्रबंधक कार्यालय के मुख्य द्वार पर संबोधित कर कहा कि न हम राजनीति कर रहे है और न ही हमारा मुद्दा राजनीतिक है। सरकार को भी इस मसले को राजनीतिक चश्मे से न देखकर कर्मचारियों के हित को ध्यान रखकर करना चाहिए। आज जो लोग रिटायर हो रहे है। उन्हें 30 हजार की जगह 3 हजार पेंशन मिल रहा है, फिलहाल ये AIRF और मंच को मंजूर नही है

अब हमें समय खराब नहीं करना है, बल्कि एकजुट होकर, एक मकसद के लिए संघर्ष के लिए आगे बढ़ते ही रहना ही है।

आज पुरानी पेंशन की बात पर अर्थव्यवस्था का रोना रोया जा रहा है, एक ओर नेताओं को मनमानी पेंशन दी जा रही है। कर्मचारियों के नाम पर हमें खाली खजाना दिखाया जा रहा है। अब ये सब चलने वाला नही है। सच्चाई ये है कि ये सरकार वोट की चोट से डरती है, हमें तय करना है पेंशन हमारा अधिकार है। सरकार इसे चेरिटी या चुनावी रेवड़ी समझने की भूल न करे कि जब चाहो इसे बंद कर दो। उन्होंने कहाकि कि इस बारे में सरकार से लगातार वार्ता चल रही है लेकिन कोई नतीजा नही निकला। लिहाजा अब राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पुरानी पेंशन बहाली योजना संघर्ष मंच का गठन कर संघर्ष शुरू किया गया है।

हस्ताक्षर अभियान को आप सभी ने कामयाब बनाया। आज देश भर में धरना प्रदर्शन हो रहे है। अब हमारे सामने सिर्फ एक लक्ष्य है। पुरानी पेंशन को बहाल कराना। इसी में हम सभी को पूरी ताकत लगाना हैं।

एक तरफ दावा किया जा रहा है कि ये राष्ट्रवादियों की सरकार हैं, दूसरी तरफ कर्मचारियों का शोषण किया जा रहा है। सरकार हमारी जायज मांगो को भी सुनने को तैयार नही हैं। अब सरकारी कर्मचारी जाग गया है। हम सब तब तक लड़ेंगे जब तक सरकार हमारी मांग पूरी नही करती है। इस धरना प्रदर्शन में रेलवे के अलावा अन्य केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों और नेताओं ने भी हिस्सा लिया।
