रिजर्वायर चिन्हित कर समय पर ही पूरा भर लेने के दिए निर्देश

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। संभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. नीरज के पवन ने नहरबंदी के दौरान पेयजल आपूर्ति सुचारू रखने के लिए जिले के समस्त रिजर्वायर चिन्हित कर उन्हें समय पर ही पूरा भर लेने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

संभागीय आयुक्त ने नहरबंदी तैयारियों की समीक्षा बैठक में यह निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि कृषि विभाग, सीएडी एवं सिंचाई विभाग द्वारा जल भंडारण के लिए निर्मित तालाबों को वैकल्पिक पेयजल स्टोरेज के रूप में रखा जाए तथा आवश्यकता होने पर निजी डिग्गियों एवं तालाबों को भी जल रखने के लिए काम में लें।

पानी चोरी की घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए निर्धारित स्थानों पर पुलिस को अतिरिक्त समन्वय करने के निर्देश देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि पानी चोरी के घटना पर लीगल एक्शन लें। 

संभाग के जिलों का पानी अन्य जिलों द्वारा उपयोग में लिये जाने के संबंध में संबंधित जिलों के अधिकारियों से चर्चा कर ली जाए तथा किसी भी प्रकार की आकस्मिक स्थितियों से निपटने के लिए पूर्व में ही तैयारी रखें।

संभागीय आयुक्त नीरज के पवन ने कहा कि आमजन को पीने के पानी के सम्बंध में कोई समस्या ना हो इसके लिए आवश्यकतानुसार पेयजल परिवहन की व्यवस्था रहे। पेयजल स्टोरेज, फिल्टर की स्थिति एवं पेयजल वितरण व्यवस्था का समुचित निरीक्षण कर सतत पर्यवेक्षण की व्यवस्था बनाई जाए।

निर्धारित जल की मात्रा से कम मात्रा में जल मिलने की संभावना के मद्देनजर जनस्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी विभाग द्वारा विभागीय कार्य योजना तैयार कर ली जाए। पेयजल आपूर्ति की पाईप लाइनों में किसी प्रकार की खामी या लीकेज पाए जाने पर तत्काल मरम्मत करवाई जाए।

संभागीय आयुक्त ने निर्देश दिए कि नहरबंदी के दौरान जिला प्रशासन, पुलिस विभाग, इंदिरा गांधी नहर परियोजना, जल संसाधन विभाग, जन स्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी विभाग तथा जोधपुर विद्युत वितरण निगम लिमिटेड के अधिकारी पूर्ण समन्वय के साथ कार्य करें।

Divisional Commissioner reviewed the preparations for canalization

Instructions given to mark the reservoir and fill it completely on time

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Divisional Commissioner Dr. Neeraj K. Pawan has identified all the reservoirs of the district and instructed to fill them completely on time to keep the supply of drinking water smooth during canal closure.

The Divisional Commissioner gave these instructions in the review meeting of canalization preparations. He said that the ponds constructed for water storage by the Agriculture Department, CAD and Irrigation Department should be kept as alternative drinking water storage and if needed, private diggis and ponds should also be used to store water.

Instructing the police to do additional coordination at designated places to prevent incidents of water theft, he said that legal action should be taken on the incident of water theft.

Regarding the use of water of the districts of the division by other districts, discussions should be held with the officials of the concerned districts and preparations should be made in advance to deal with any kind of emergency situations.

Divisional Commissioner Neeraj K Pawan said that arrangements should be made to transport drinking water as per the requirement so that the common man does not face any problem regarding drinking water. Arrangement for continuous supervision should be made by proper inspection of drinking water storage, filter condition and drinking water distribution system.

Departmental action plan should be prepared by the Public Health Engineering Department in view of the possibility of getting less water than the prescribed quantity. If any kind of defect or leakage is found in the pipe lines of drinking water supply, it should be repaired immediately.

The Divisional Commissioner directed that officers of the District Administration, Police Department, Indira Gandhi Canal Project, Water Resources Department, Public Health Engineering Department and Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited should work with full coordination during the canal closure.
