अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस सप्ताह: जिला कलेक्टर ने जागरूकता रैली को दिखाई हरी झंडी
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने सोमवार को महिला अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा आयोजित जागरूकता रैली को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया।
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस सप्ताह के मद्देनजर विभाग द्वारा महिलाओं के विरुद्ध हिंसा के रोकथाम के प्रति जागरूकता के उद्देश्य से यह रैली निकाली गई थी। इसमें महिला पुलिस, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं के अलावा चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग की महिलाएं शामिल रही। इस अवसर पर जिला कलेक्टर ने बताया कि 8 से 14 मार्च तक अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला सप्ताह के तहत विभिन्न कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं।
इसी श्रृंखला के तहत रैली निकाली गई। उन्होंने कहा कि आज बेटियों को भी आगे बढ़ने के अवसर मिल रहे हैं। बेटे और बेटी में भेद कम हुआ है। फिर भी इस दिशा में और अधिक प्रयास करने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि बेटियों को बेटों के समान अवसर मिले, तो वे परिवार एवं समाज का नाम और अधिक रोशन करेंगी।
इस दौरान जिला परिषद की मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी नित्या के., अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर (शहर) पंकज शर्मा, महिला अधिकारिता की उपनिदेशक मेघा रतन आदि मौजूद रहे।
International Women’s Day Week: District Collector flagged off the awareness rally
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal flagged off the awareness rally organized by the Women’s Empowerment Department on Monday.
In view of the International Women’s Day week, the rally was taken out by the department with the aim of creating awareness about prevention of violence against women. Apart from women police, Anganwadi workers, women from medical and health department were involved in this. On this occasion, the District Collector informed that various programs are being organized from March 8 to 14 under International Women’s Week.
A rally was taken out under this series. He said that today daughters are also getting opportunities to move forward. The difference between son and daughter has reduced. Nevertheless, more efforts are needed in this direction. He said that if daughters get equal opportunities as sons, then they will bring laurels to the family and society.
During this, Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Nitya K., Additional District Collector (City) Pankaj Sharma, Deputy Director of Women’s Empowerment Megha Ratan etc. were present.
