जिला कलेक्टर ने लूणकरणसर और रोझां में सुनी जन समस्याएं

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने गुरुवार को लूणकरणसर उपखंड मुख्यालय पर आयोजित जनसुनवाई में ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनी।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक अधिकारी त्रिस्तरीय जनसुनवाई को गंभीरता से लें। उच्च स्तर पर इसकी नियमित समीक्षा होती है। उन्होंने कहा कि जन सुनवाई के दौरान प्राप्त होने वाले समस्त प्रकरणों का पूर्ण गुणवत्ता के साथ समयबद्ध निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करें। सरकार की मंशा के अनुसार आमजन को राहत मिले, यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

जन सुनवाई के दौरान आमजन ने यहां की आवासीय कॉलोनी में पत्थर कटाई कारखाने के संचालन से होने वाली परेशानियों के बारे में बताया।

ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि मशीन की आवाज, वाहनों की आवाजाही और पत्थर के पाउडर से दिक्कत होती है। उन्होंने आवासीय क्षेत्र से व्यवसायिक गतिविधि बंद करवाने की मांग की। वहीं रास्ता खुलवाने, विद्युत कनेक्शन करवाने और स्कूल में आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं करने संबंधी प्रकरण प्राप्त हुए।
जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि नहरबंदी के दौरान समूचे ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में किसी प्रकार की परेशानी नहीं हो, इसके मद्देनजर प्रभावी रूपरेखा निर्धारित की जाए। जलदाय और जल संसाधन विभाग के अधिकारी आपसी समन्वय से कार्य करें। इस दौरान उन्होंने पूर्व में प्राप्त प्रकरणों की समीक्षा की और इनके निस्तारण के बारे में जाना।

उन्होंने विभिन्न उपखंड स्तरीय कार्यालयों का निरीक्षण किया और यहां सभी सरकारी कार्यों का प्राथमिकता से क्रियान्वयन करने के निर्देश दिए।

इस दौरान उपखंड अधिकारी संजीव कुमार वर्मा, तहसीलदार रामनाथ शर्मा, विकास अधिकारी शीला देवी, मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक एल.डी. पंवार, आईजीएनपी के अधिशाषी अभियंता सुरेश स्वामी सहित विभिन्न उपखंड स्तरीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

रोझां में सुनी जन समस्याएं
जिला कलेक्टर ने रोझां में ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनी उन्होंने जिले में चल रहे पुकार, शक्ति, सजग आंगनबाड़ी अभियान और डीआईक्यूई आदि के बारे में बताया। बच्चों को पढ़ाने और युवाओं को नशे से दूर रखने का आह्वान किया।

उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना के बारे में बताया और कहा कि राज्य सरकार की इस अभिनव पहल का सभी लाभ उठाएं। उन्होंने गर्भधारण से बच्चे के दो वर्ष के होने तक रखी जाने वाली सावधानियों के बारे में बताया और कहा कि माटी अभियान के माध्यम से किसानों की आयवृद्धि के सतत प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। अभियान के सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आए हैं।

District Collector listened to public problems in Lunkaransar and Rojhan

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal heard the problems of the villagers in a public hearing organized at Lunkaransar subdivision headquarters on Thursday.

He said that every officer should take the three-level public hearing seriously. It is regularly reviewed at the highest level. He said that ensure timely disposal of all the cases received during the public hearing with complete quality. According to the intention of the government, it should be ensured that the common people get relief.

During the public hearing, the common people told about the problems caused by the operation of the stone cutting factory in the residential colony here.

The villagers told that there is a problem due to the sound of the machine, movement of vehicles and stone powder. He demanded to stop the commercial activity from the residential area. On the other hand, cases related to opening of roads, getting electricity connections and making necessary arrangements in the school were received.
The District Collector said that an effective framework should be laid down to ensure that there is no problem in the entire rural area during the canal closure. The officers of the Water Supply and Water Resources Department should work in mutual coordination. During this, he reviewed the cases received earlier and learned about their disposal.

He inspected various subdivision level offices and gave instructions to implement all government works here on priority.

During this, Subdivision Officer Sanjeev Kumar Verma, Tehsildar Ramnath Sharma, Development Officer Sheela Devi, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar, Joint Director of Social Justice and Empowerment Department L.D. He told about the precautions to be taken from conception till the child turns two years old and said that continuous efforts are being made to increase the income of the farmers through the soil campaign.
