सदर थाना क्षेत्र में फायरिंग, जान से मारने की नियत लेकिन 25 वर्षीय युवक बाल बाल बचा, मामला दर्ज….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। होली के दिन कुचीलपुरा इलाके में हुई फायरिंग में एक युवक बाल-बाल बच गया। अब इस मामले में सदर थाने में मामला दर्ज कराया गया है, जिसके बाद से पुलिस गिरफ्तारी के लिए दबिश दे रही है।
कुचीलपुरा में रहने वाले 25 वर्षीय सवाई सिंह पुत्र केशु सिंह ने इस आशय का मामला सदर थाने में दर्ज कराया है।
उसका आरोप है कि मोहम्मद ताहिर, नियाज तैली, अख्तर उर्फ बाबूड़ी ने उस पर हमला किया है। इस दौरान जान से मारने की नीयत से फायरिंग की गई। गोली सवाई सिंह के पास से होते हुए गुजर गई। जैसे-तैसे अपनी जान बचाकर सवाई सिंह वहां से निकला।
पुलिस ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए हत्या का प्रयास करने की धारा 307 जोड़ते हुए मामला दर्ज किया है। इसके साथ ही अन्य भारतीय दंड संहिता की धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर छानबीन शुरू कर दी है।

Sawai Singh’s son Keshu Singh, 25, living in Kuchilpura, has registered a case to this effect at the Sadar police station.
He alleges that Mohammad Tahir, Niyaz Taili, Akhtar alias Babudi have attacked him. During this, firing was done with the intention of killing. The bullet passed through Sawai Singh. Somehow Sawai Singh came out after saving his life.
In view of the seriousness of the matter, the police have registered a case adding section 307 for attempt to murder. Along with this, investigation has been started by registering a case under other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
