जयपुर, @MaruSangram। जिसे वित्त विभाग ने तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू कर दिया है। अब यदि कोई कर्मचारी प्रशिक्षण (Training) के बाद तय अवधि से पहले नौकरी छोड़ता है, तो उसे प्रशिक्षण पर हुआ पूरा खर्च सरकार को लौटाना होगा।
नए प्रावधानों के तहत 3 से 6 महीने की ट्रेनिंग पर 1 साल और 6 महीने से अधिक की ट्रेनिंग पर 2 साल का राज्य सेवा बॉन्ड भरना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। इसके अलावा, केंद्र या अन्य राज्य सरकार में जाने वाले कर्मचारियों को नए नियोक्ता के साथ नया बॉन्ड देना होगा।
साथ ही, सेवा में आने से पूर्व किसी अन्य सरकारी संस्था में नौकरी के लिए आवेदन करने वालों को अब 1 महीने के भीतर सरकार को अनिवार्य रूप से सूचना देनी होगी। इस संशोधन के तहत नियम 22-B को पूरी तरह समाप्त कर दिया गया है।

Jaipur, @MaruSangram. The Finance Department has implemented these amendments with immediate effect. Now, if an employee leaves the job before the stipulated period of training, they will have to repay the entire training expenses to the government.
Under the new provisions, a State Service Bond of one year has been made mandatory for training of 3 to 6 months, and a two-year bond for training of more than 6 months. Furthermore, employees joining the central or other state governments will be required to sign a new bond with their new employer.
Also, those applying for a job in another government organization before joining the service will now be required to inform the government within one month. Under this amendment, Rule 22-B has been completely abolished.
