राज्यपाल का आदेश, हर विश्वविद्यालय में होगा राजस्थानी भाषा केंद्र

जयपुर/बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। विश्वविद्यालयों को लेटर भेजकर राजस्थानी भाषा अध्ययन केंद्र खोलने का आदेश दिया है। मराठी केंद्र खोलने के फैसले पर हुए विरोध के बाद यह कदम उठाया गया है।
राजस्थान के सभी सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालयों में अब राजस्थानी भाषा अध्ययन केंद्र खुलेंगे। राज्यपाल के सचिव ने इस बारे में 11 विश्वविद्यालयों के वीसी को लेटर भेजा है। लेटर में तत्काल केंद्र खोलने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। हर विश्वविद्यालय को केंद्र खोलकर राज्यपाल को रिपोर्ट देनी होगी। यह फैसला मराठी भाषा केंद्र खोलने के फैसले पर हुए विवाद के बाद आया है।
राज्यपाल का आदेश क्या है
राज्यपाल के सचिव ने प्रदेश के प्रमुख विश्वविद्यालयों को औपचारिक पत्र भेजा है। पत्र में राजस्थानी भाषा को राज्य की प्रमुख भाषा बताया गया है। इसमें कहा गया कि यह भाषा राजस्थान के बड़े हिस्से में बोली जाती है। साथ ही यह प्रदेश की संस्कृति का भी प्रतिनिधित्व करती है।
इसी वजह से हर विश्वविद्यालय में राजस्थानी भाषा अध्ययन केंद्र खोलने का निर्णय लिया गया। सभी 11 विश्वविद्यालयों के वीसी को यह निर्देश तुरंत लागू करने को कहा गया है। केंद्र खुलने के बाद इसकी रिपोर्ट राजभवन को भेजनी होगी।

मराठी विवाद से जुड़ाव
कुछ समय पहले राज्यपाल ने राजस्थान के विश्वविद्यालयों में शास्त्रीय मराठी भाषा अध्ययन केंद्र खोलने का फैसला किया था। इस फैसले के बाद प्रदेश में विरोध शुरु हो गया था। कई लोगों ने सवाल उठाया कि राजस्थानी भाषा को क्यों नजरअंदाज किया जा रहा है।
सोशल मीडिया पर भी इस मुद्दे को लेकर लंबे समय से नाराजगी दिख रही थी। कई संगठनों ने राजस्थानी भाषा को मान्यता देने की मांग उठाई थी। उनका कहना था कि प्रदेश की अपनी भाषा को प्राथमिकता मिलनी चाहिए। अब मराठी के बाद राजस्थानी केंद्र खोलने का आदेश जारी हुआ है।
नई शिक्षा नीति का हवाला
राज्यपाल के सचिव ने लेटर में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (NEP – National Education Policy) का जिक्र किया है। इस नीति में मातृ भाषा में पढ़ाई को सबसे ज्यादा प्राथमिकता दी गई है। इसी आधार पर राजस्थानी भाषा केंद्र खोलने की प्रक्रिया शुरु करने को कहा गया है।
सरकार का मानना है कि मातृ भाषा में पढ़ाई से छात्रों को समझने में आसानी होती है। इससे स्थानीय संस्कृति और भाषा को भी बढ़ावा मिलता है। यही वजह है कि नीति का हवाला देकर यह फैसला लिया गया है।
अब आगे क्या होगा
अब हर विश्वविद्यालय को अपने यहां केंद्र स्थापित करना होगा। इसके लिए संसाधन जुटाने की जिम्मेदारी वीसी पर होगी। केंद्र खुलने के बाद वहां राजस्थानी भाषा से जुड़ी पढ़ाई और शोध होगा।
राजभवन को हर विश्वविद्यालय से रिपोर्ट मिलेगी। इससे यह पता चलेगा कि आदेश का पालन कितनी तेजी से हुआ। आने वाले समय में यह देखना अहम होगा कि केंद्र कब तक शुरु होते हैं।
