बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला उद्योग संघ में ईएसआईसी संयुक्त निदेशक प्रभारी जोधपुर नीरज कुमार शर्मा, सामाजिक सुरक्षा अधिकारी के के मीणा, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम बीकानेर शाखा प्रबंधक प्रवीण शर्मा, बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया, उपाध्यक्ष अशोक सुराना, सचिव वीरेंद्र किराडू के मध्य श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के तहत करवाए जा रहे हेल्थ चेकअप केम्प की जानकारी, श्रमिकों में जागरूकता लाने व वंचित औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में ईएसआई डिस्पेंसरी शुरू करने पर चर्चा हुई।

संयुक्त निदेशक नीरज शर्मा ने बताया कि सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2020 में उल्लेखित प्रावधानों के अनुसार कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा योजना से जुड़े 40 वर्ष एवं उससे अधिक आयु के बीमितों हेतु वार्षिक हेल्थ चेकअप केम्प का आयोजन दिनांक 15 अप्रेल 2026 से कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अस्पताल जैसलमेर रोड़, जाट धर्मशाला के पास बीकानेर में निरंतर किया जा रहा है।

इस केम्प में खून व यूरिन की जांच, एक्सरे, ईसीजी, लीवर, किडनी, आँख व दांत की जांच, सांस की बीमारी की जांच, शुगर, बीपी सहित अनेक महत्त्वपूर्ण जांचें की जायेगी।

अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया ने बताया कि बीकानेर के रीको के अधीन खारा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र तथा उसके आसपास के क्षेत्र में ईएसआई डिस्पेंसरी की काफी आवश्यकता महसूस की जा रही है क्योंकि खारा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों एवं उनके परिजनों को स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण हेतु बीछवाल या पीबीएम अस्पताल जाना पड़ता है इससे श्रमिकों को समय के साथ साथ आर्थिक हानि भी उठानी पडती है। जिस पर निदेशक ने अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया से खारा औद्योगिक क्षेत्र व आसपास उचित स्थान दिलवाने का निवेदन किया इससे पूर्व में संचालित ईएसआई डिस्पेंसरी नम्बर 1 को गजनेर रोड़ से खारा शिफ्ट कर दिया जाएगा।

अशोक सुराणा व वीरेंद्र किराडू ने बताया कि बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ सोसियल मीडिया तथा अन्य संसाधनों के माध्यम से सभी औद्योगिक इकाइयों में जागरूकता लाने हेतु यथासंभव प्रयास किये जायेंगे।

इस पर बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ द्वारा जोधपुर से पधारे ईएसआईसी संयुक्त निदेशक प्रभारी नीरज कुमार शर्मा, सामाजिक सुरक्षा अधिकारी के के मीणा, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम बीकानेर शाखा प्रबंधक प्रवीण शर्मा का स्मृति चिन्ह देकर स्वागत किया गया।

At the District Industries Association, ESIC Joint Director in-charge Jodhpur Neeraj Kumar Sharma, Social Security Officer KK Meena, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation Bikaner Branch Manager Praveen Sharma, Bikaner District Industries Association President Dwarka Prasad Pachisia, Vice President Ashok Surana, and Secretary Virendra Kiradu discussed information about the health checkup camps being conducted under the pilot project of the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India, creating awareness among workers, and starting ESI dispensaries in deprived industrial. areas.

Joint Director Neeraj Sharma stated that, as per the provisions of the Social Security Code 2020, an annual health checkup camp for insured persons aged 40 years and above under the Employees’ State Insurance Scheme will be held continuously from April 15, 2026, at the Employees’ State Insurance Hospital, near Jat Dharamshala, Jaisalmer Road, Bikaner.

This camp will conduct several important tests, including blood and urine tests, X-rays, ECG, liver, kidney, eye, and dental tests, respiratory disease tests, sugar, and blood pressure.

Chairman Dwarka Prasad Pachisia stated that there is a significant need for an ESI dispensary in the Khara Industrial Area and surrounding areas under RIICO in Bikaner, as workers and their families have to travel to Bichwal or PBM Hospital for health checkups. This causes both time and financial loss to the workers. On which the Director requested Chairman Dwarka Prasad Pachisia to provide a suitable place in and around Khara Industrial Area. The previously operating ESI Dispensary No. 1 will be shifted from Gajner Road to Khara.

Ashok Surana and Virendra Kiradu informed that Bikaner District Industries Association will make every possible effort to create awareness in all the industrial units through social media and other resources.
