बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शैक्षणिक सत्र 2025-26 में राजस्थान के मूल निवासियों के लिए अनुसूचित जाति, अनु.जनजाति, विशेष समूह योजना (पूर्व में विशेष पिछड़ा वर्ग), अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग, आर्थिक पिछड़ा वर्ग, विमुक्त, घुमन्तु एवं अर्द्धघुमन्तु वर्ग के विद्यार्थियों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री सर्वजन उच्च शिक्षा उत्तर मैट्रिक छात्रवृति योजनाओं की अंतिम तिथि में संशोधन किया गया है।

सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक एलडी पंवार ने बताया कि राज्य की राजकीय एवं निजी मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थाओं एवं राज्य के बाहर की राजकीय, राष्ट्रीय स्तर की मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थाओं के पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेशित अथवा अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थियों द्वारा वेबसाईट www.sjmsnew.rajasthan.gov.in/scholarship अथवा एसएसओ पोर्टल पर Scholarship sje App अथवा मोबाईल ऐप SJED APPLICATIONS के माध्यम से पेपरलेस आवेदन पत्र ऑनलाईन पंजीकरण करने, आवेदन पत्र भरने के लिए पूर्व में निर्धारित अंतिम तिथि में संशोधन किया गया है।

उन्होंने बताया कि उत्तर मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति के लिए विद्यार्थियों द्वारा पेपरलेस ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र पंजीकरण करने, ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र भरने एवं शिक्षण संस्थानों द्वारा नवीन पंजीयन अथवा पूर्व में पंजीकृत की मान्यता एवं पाठ्यक्रमवार फीस स्ट्रक्चर अद्यतन करने के लिए अंतिम तिथि अथवा पोर्टल बन्द करने की तिथि 31 मई 2026 निर्धारित की गई है।

उन्होंने बताया कि आवेदन पत्र भरने से पूर्व संबधित विद्यार्थी द्वारा अपने जनाधार पोर्टल पर जाति प्रमाण पत्र, मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र, आय घोषणा पत्र एवं अन्य जानकारियां अद्यतन करवाना आवश्यक है।

उन्होंने कहा कि योजनाओं से संबधित दिशा-निर्देश, नियम एवं संलग्न किये जाने वाले दस्तावेजों का भली भांति अध्ययन कर ही आवेदन करें। योजना से संबधित नियम, दिशा-निर्देश विभागीय वेबसाईट पर उपलब्ध हैं।

उन्होंने बताया कि महाविद्यालय द्वारा संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय से शैक्षणिक सत्र 2025-26 की मान्यता या सम्बद्धता एवं पाठ्यक्रम संचालन की अनुमति प्राप्त पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन अथवा अपडेशन निर्धारित अवधि में अवश्य करवा लेवे। जिससे छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल पर विद्यार्थियों को शिक्षण संस्थान का नाम प्रदर्शित हो सकेगा।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The last date for the Chief Minister’s Sarvajan Higher Education Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Special Group Scheme (formerly Special Backward Classes), Other Backward Classes, Economically Backward Classes, Denotified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic classes, who are natives of Rajasthan, has been revised for the academic session 2025-26.

LD Panwar, Joint Director, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, stated that the previously set last date for students enrolled in or studying in courses at government and private recognized educational institutions in the state, as well as government and nationally recognized educational institutions outside the state, has been revised to include online paperless application registration and filling of application forms through the website www.sjmsnew.rajasthan.gov.in/scholarship or the Scholarship sje App on the SSO portal, or the mobile app SJED APPLICATIONS.

He stated that the last date for students to register for paperless online applications for post-matric scholarships, fill online applications, and for educational institutions to update new registrations or previously registered recognition and course-wise fee structure has been set as May 31, 2026.

He stated that before filling the application form, the student must update their caste certificate, domicile certificate, income declaration, and other information on the Janadhaar portal.

He said that applications should be made only after thoroughly studying the guidelines, rules, and documents required for the schemes. The rules and guidelines related to the scheme are available on the departmental website.

He informed that the college must obtain recognition or affiliation from the concerned university for the academic session 2025-26 and permission to conduct courses and must register or update the portal within the stipulated period. This will enable the students to see the name of the educational institution on the scholarship portal.
