बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय, बीकानेर का चतुर्थ दीक्षांत समारोह 13 मार्च 2026 को विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में माननीय राज्यपाल एवं कुलाधिपति हरिभाऊ बागडे की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित किया जाएगा।
इस भव्य समारोह में विभिन्न संकायों के स्नातक, स्नातकोत्तर एवं शोध उपाधि प्राप्त विद्यार्थियों को उपाधियाँ प्रदान की जाएंगी तथा उत्कृष्ट शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को स्वर्ण पदक और मेरिट प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
इस अवसर पर राजस्थान विधानसभा के अध्यक्ष वासुदेव देवनानी मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहेंगे, जबकि भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (आईआईटी) जोधपुर के निदेशक प्रो. अविनाश कुमार अग्रवाल दीक्षांत उद्बोधनकर्ता एवं विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में समारोह की गरिमा बढ़ाएंगे।
कुलगुरु प्रो. अखिल रंजन गर्ग ने बताया कि चतुर्थ दीक्षांत समारोह के दौरान कुल 3380 डिग्रियों का वितरण किया जाएगा। इनमें बैचलर ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी (बीटेक) की 2588, बैचलर ऑफ आर्किटेक्चर (बीआर्क) की 4, बैचलर ऑफ डिजाइन (बी डिजाइन) की 12, डॉक्टर ऑफ फिलॉसफी (पीएचडी) की 9, मास्टर ऑफ बिजनेस एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन (एमबीए) की 483, मास्टर ऑफ कंप्यूटर एप्लीकेशन (एमसीए) की 242 तथा मास्टर ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी (एमटेक) की 42 डिग्रियाँ शामिल हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को 23 स्वर्ण पदक तथा 166 मेरिटोरियस प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए जाएंगे।

कुलगुरु प्रो. गर्ग ने बताया कि इस अवसर पर राजस्थान विधानसभा अध्यक्ष वासुदेव देवनानी को शिक्षा एवं समाज के क्षेत्र में उनके विशिष्ट योगदान के लिए ‘विद्या वाचस्पति’ (मानद उपाधि) से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

चतुर्थ दीक्षांत समारोह में भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (आईआईटी) जोधपुर के निदेशक प्रो. अविनाश कुमार अग्रवाल विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में शिरकत करेंगे।
इस अवसर पर वे दीक्षांत उद्बोधन भी देंगे और विद्यार्थियों को अपने अनुभवों एवं विचारों से मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करेंगे। प्रो. अग्रवाल नवउत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थियों को ज्ञान, नवाचार और तकनीकी उत्कृष्टता के माध्यम से राष्ट्र निर्माण में योगदान देने के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे।
भव्य दीक्षांत समारोह की तैयारियां तेज, 12 समितियां गठित
दीक्षांत समारोह के सफल आयोजन के लिए कुलगुरु प्रो. अखिल रंजन गर्ग और कुलसचिव श्रीमती रचना भाटिया के निर्देशन में 12 आयोजन समितियों का गठन किया गया है तथा उनके संयोजक एवं सह-संयोजक नियुक्त किए गए हैं।
कुलगुरु प्रो. गर्ग ने हाल ही में आयोजित समीक्षा बैठक में आयोजन से जुड़ी व्यवस्थाओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित समिति संयोजकों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश प्रदान किए। बैठक में कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा, अतिथियों के स्वागत, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, मंच संचालन, मीडिया समन्वय तथा अन्य व्यवस्थाओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई और सभी विभागों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

दीक्षांत समारोह में बीकानेर तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय के विभिन्न सम्बद्ध महाविद्यालयों के चेयरमैन, निदेशक, प्राचार्य, विश्वविद्यालय प्रबंध मंडल एवं विद्या परिषद के सदस्य, राजस्थान के अन्य विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलगुरु, लोकभवन के अधिकारीगण, विश्वविद्यालय के अधिष्ठाता, विभागाध्यक्ष, अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी, संकाय सदस्य, शिक्षकगण, शिक्षाविद, विद्यार्थी एवं उनके अभिभावक, प्रशासनिक अधिकारी, गणमान्य नागरिक तथा मीडिया प्रतिनिधि भी उपस्थित रहेंगे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The fourth convocation of Bikaner Technical University, Bikaner, will be held on March 13th, 2026, at the university campus under the chairmanship of Honorable Governor and Chancellor Haribhau Bagde.
In this grand ceremony, degrees will be conferred on undergraduate, postgraduate, and research students from various faculties, and gold medals and merit certificates will be awarded to students with outstanding academic performance.
On this occasion, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani will be the chief guest, while Director of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur, Prof. Avinash Kumar Agarwal will grace the ceremony as the convocation speaker and special guest.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Akhil Ranjan Garg stated that a total of 3,380 degrees will be awarded during the fourth convocation. These include 2,588 Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), 4 Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.), 12 Bachelor of Design (B.Design), 9 Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), 483 Master of Business Administration (MBA), 242 Master of Computer Applications (MCA), and 42 Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degrees. Additionally, 23 gold medals and 166 meritorious certificates will be awarded to outstanding students.
Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Devnani will be honored with the ‘Honorary Vidya Vachaspati’.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Garg informed that on this occasion, Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani will be honored with the “Vidya Vachaspati” (honorary degree) for his outstanding contributions to education and society.

Prof. Avinash Kumar Agarwal, Director of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur, will attend the fourth convocation as a special guest.
He will also deliver the convocation address and provide guidance to the students through his experiences and insights. Prof. Agarwal will inspire the newly graduated students to contribute to nation-building through knowledge, innovation, and technological excellence.
Preparations for the grand convocation are in full swing, 12 committees have been formed
To ensure the successful organization of the convocation, 12 organizing committees have been formed under the direction of Vice Chancellor Prof. Akhil Ranjan Garg and Registrar Mrs. Rachna Bhatia, and their conveners and co-conveners have been appointed.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Garg, in a recent review meeting, reviewed the arrangements for the event in detail and provided necessary guidelines to the relevant committee coordinators. The program outline, guest reception, security arrangements, stage management, media coordination, and other arrangements were discussed in detail, and all departments were instructed to work in coordination.

The convocation will be attended by the chairmen, directors, and principals of various affiliated colleges of Bikaner Technical University, members of the University Management Board and Academic Council, vice-chancellors of other universities in Rajasthan, officials of Lok Bhavan, the university’s dean, department heads, officers and employees, faculty members, teachers, academics, students and their parents, administrative officials, dignitaries, and media representatives.
