बीकानेर की औद्योगिक इकाई में गैस पाइप लाइन का हुआ सफल परीक्षण…..

बीकानेर में गेस पाइप लाइन की उपलब्धता शीघ्रताशीघ्र करवाने एवं बीकानेर के औद्योगिक विकास को और अधिक गति देने हेतु गेसोनेट कम्पनी के वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष राजेन्द्र कुमार, जनरल मैनेजर गंगा प्रसाद बरुआ, मार्केटिंग मेनेजर प्रशांत भट्ट एवं बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया ने चर्चा की।

वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष राजेन्द्र कुमार ने बताया कि हमारी कम्पनी द्वारा करणी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र, बीछवाल औद्योगिक क्षेत्र एवं समता नगर के रिहायशी क्षेत्र में पाइप लाइन बिछा दी गई है और मार्च माह के अंत में कनेक्शन देकर गेस की सप्लाई चालू कर दी जायेगी।

जनरल मेनेजर गंगाप्रसाद बरुआ ने बताया कि बीकानेर के सभी औद्योगिक व कुछ रिहायशी क्षेत्रों को गेस पाइप लाइन से जोड़ने का शीघ्रताशीघ्र पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।

वर्तमान में औद्योगिक इकाइयों को गेस पाइप लाइन का लाभ देने के उद्देश्य से करणी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र की एक बड़ी खाद्य इकाई को गेस पाइप लाइन से जोड़ा जा चुका है और इसका परीक्षण भी पूर्ण किया जा चुका है।

बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया ने बताया कि बीकानेर के सभी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र गेस पाइप लाइन से जुड़ जाने के साथ ही यहाँ पर सिरेमिक्स के बड़े उद्योग आने के आसार नजर आने लगे थे।

बीकानेर में सिरेमिक्स इकाइयां उपलब्ध कच्चे माल का उपयोग कर 500-1000 प्रतिशत का वेल्यु एडिशन करती है | बीकानेर जिले में प्रतिवर्ष 31 लाख टन क्ले का खनन होता है जिसका 98 प्रतिशत अन्य राज्यों को निर्यात हो जाता है।

राज्य में उपलब्ध सिरेमिक खनिज जैसे क्ले, क्वार्टज व फ्ल्सपार पर आधारित लगभग 600 इकाइयां गुजरात के मोरबी टाऊन में कार्यरत है। इन इकाइयों में लगभग 30000 करोड़ का पूँजी निवेश हुआ है, लगभग 240000 श्रमिक कार्यरत है और 40 हजार करोड़ मूल्य का वार्षिक उत्पाद होता है जिसमें से लगभग 10 हजार करोड़ का निर्यात हो जाता है।

सिरेमिक टाइल्स उद्योग के मोरबी में स्थापित होने का मुख्य कारण प्राकृतिक गेस की उपलब्धता है।

बीकानेर से मोरबी की सारी सिरेमिक्स इकाइयों को कच्चा माल भिजवाया जाता है और यदि बीकानेर में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा गेस पाइप लाइन की उपलब्धता करवा दी जाती है तो उपरोक्त मोरबी के आंकड़े राजस्थान में भी देखने को मिल सकेंगे।

Gas pipeline successfully tested at Bikaner’s industrial unit…

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Natural gas will be available in Bichwal, Karni, and Samta Nagar in March.

Gesonet Company’s Senior Vice President Rajendra Kumar, General Manager Ganga Prasad Barua, Marketing Manager Prashant Bhatt, and Bikaner District Industries Association President Dwarka Prasad Pachisia discussed the need to quickly make gas pipelines available in Bikaner and further accelerate Bikaner’s industrial development.

Senior Vice President Rajendra Kumar stated that the company has laid pipelines in the Karni Industrial Area, Bichwal Industrial Area, and the residential area of Samta Nagar, and gas supply will be resumed by the end of March.

General Manager Ganga Prasad Barua stated that connecting all industrial and some residential areas of Bikaner to the gas pipeline will be completed soon.

Currently, to provide industrial units with the benefits of the gas pipeline, a large food unit in the Karani Industrial Area has been connected to the gas pipeline, and testing has been completed.

Bikaner District Industries Association President Dwarka Prasad Pachisia stated that with all industrial areas in Bikaner connected to the gas pipeline, there were signs of a large ceramic industry coming to Bikaner.

Ceramic units in Bikaner utilize available raw materials to achieve a value addition of 500-1000 percent. Bikaner district mines 3.1 million tons of clay annually, 98% of which is exported to other states.

Approximately 600 units based on the state’s available ceramic minerals, such as clay, quartz, and fluorspar, are operating in Morbi town, Gujarat. These units have a capital investment of approximately ₹30,000 crore, employ approximately 240,000 workers, and produce annual production worth ₹40,000 crore, of which approximately ₹10,000 crore is exported.

The primary reason for the establishment of the ceramic tile industry in Morbi is the availability of natural gas.

Raw materials are supplied to all the ceramics units in Morbi from Bikaner, and if the central government provides a gas pipeline to Bikaner, the above figures from Morbi could be seen in Rajasthan as well.
