बीकानेर/खाजूवाला, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर जिले के खाजूवाला क्षेत्र से पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े करने वाला मामला सामने आया है। एक अनुसूचित जाति के होटल संचालक ने स्थानीय पुलिस अधिकारियों पर अवैध वसूली, झूठे मुकदमे दर्ज करने, मारपीट और जातिसूचक गालियां देने जैसे बेहद संगीन आरोप लगाए हैं।

मामला उजागर होने के बाद मजहबी सिख समाज सहित एससी-एसटी, ओबीसी और अल्पसंख्यक संगठनों में भारी आक्रोश है।

रेड के नाम पर दबाव, खाली हाथ मिली तलाशी
परिवादी राजेंद्र सिंह का आरोप है कि 1 जुलाई 2025 को खाजूवाला पुलिस ने उनके होटल पर रेड डाली, लेकिन तलाशी में कोई आपत्तिजनक सामग्री नहीं मिली। इसके बावजूद पुलिस अधिकारियों ने उन्हें ‘दो नंबर का काम’ करने वाला बताते हुए अवैध वसूली का दबाव बनाना शुरू कर दिया।

एक लाख नहीं दिए तो फंसाने की धमकी
आरोप है कि पुलिसकर्मियों ने खुले तौर पर एक लाख रुपये की मांग की और रकम न देने पर झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाने की धमकी दी गई। परिवादी पक्ष का दावा है कि पैसे एक तीसरे व्यक्ति के जरिए लिए गए, जिसकी वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग भी मौजूद है।

बरामदगी पर बड़ा सवाल, कोर्ट तक पहुंचा मामला
राजेंद्र सिंह का कहना है कि इसके बावजूद उनके खिलाफ एनडीपीएस एक्ट में मामला दर्ज कर दिया गया और जिस स्थान पर बरामदगी दिखाई गई, उस वक्त वे पुलिस के साथ होटल में मौजूद थे। इस संबंध में एक पुलिसकर्मी द्वारा न्यायालय में दिए गए बयान के आधार पर पुलिस अधिकारियों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने के आदेश तक जारी हो चुके हैं।

जातिसूचक गालियां और मारपीट का आरोप
संगठनों का आरोप है कि जब परिवादी ने राजीनामा करने से इनकार किया तो पुलिस ने जातिसूचक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए मारपीट की। विरोध करने पर एक अन्य व्यक्ति को भी कथित तौर पर झूठे मुकदमे में फंसा दिया गया।

जमीन विवाद में भी पुलिस पर दबाव की भूमिका
मामले में एक पुराने जमीन विवाद को लेकर भी पुलिस पर पक्षपात और दबाव की राजनीति का आरोप लगाया गया है। आरोप है कि बिना जमीन मालिक की मौजूदगी के एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई गई, जिसे बाद में गलत पाए जाने पर बंद करना पड़ा।

संगठनों का दो टूक अल्टीमेटम
अखिल राजस्थान मजहबी सिख महासभा और अन्य संगठनों ने साफ शब्दों में कहा है कि सभी मामलों की जांच किसी वरिष्ठ और निष्पक्ष अधिकारी से कराई जाए
आरोपित पुलिसकर्मियों को तत्काल लाइन हाजिर किया जाए।

मामलों में एससी/एसटी एक्ट की धाराएं जोड़ी जाएं
संगठनों ने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि न्याय नहीं मिला तो प्रदेशभर में आंदोलन छेड़ा जाएगा।
पुलिस की चुप्पी सवालों के घेरे में
इतने गंभीर आरोपों के बावजूद पुलिस प्रशासन की ओर से अब तक कोई स्पष्ट जवाब सामने नहीं आया है, जिससे पूरे प्रकरण पर संदेह और गहराता जा रहा है।
