‘विकसित भारत-जीरामजी’ योजना से गांवों में आएगी रोजगार और आत्मनिर्भरता की क्रान्ति: गजेंद्र सिंह खींवसर

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री तथा जिला प्रभारी मंत्री गजेंद्र सिंह खींवसर ने कहा कि ‘विकसित भारत-जीरामजी योजना’ से ग्रामीण जीवन में बड़े बदलाव आएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि ‘विकसित भारत-जी-राम-जी योजना’, सिर्फ रोजग़ार का वादा नहीं, यह स्थायी आजीविका की गारंटी है। यह योजना ग्रामीण भारत को आत्मनिर्भर बनाकर विकसित भारत की नींव मजबूत करेगी।

मंत्री खींवसर रविवार को रोड़ा और पलाना ग्राम पंचायत में आयोजित जनसुनवाई और रात्रि चौपाल के दौरान ‘विकसित भारत- जीरामजी योजना’ के प्रावधानों के बारे में जानकारी दे रहे थे।

उन्होंने कहा कि इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य विकसित भारत-2047 के राष्ट्रीय विजन के अनुरूप ग्रामीण विकास का नया ढांचा तैयार करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में केंद्र सरकार ने गरीब, किसान और मजदूर के विकास को केंद्र में रखकर नरेगा को नए प्रावधानों के साथ प्रस्तुत किया है। यह योजना 1 अप्रैल 2026 से देशभर में लागू होगी।

मंत्री खींवसर ने कहा कि विकसित गाँव के लक्ष्य को लेकर शुरू की गई ‘विकसित भारत-जी राम जी योजना’ का मुख्य उद्देश्य नरेगा की कमियों को दूर करना, व्यवस्था में पारदर्शिता लाना, भ्रष्टाचार पर प्रभावी रोक लगाना और राज्यों के सहयोग से इस योजना का डिजिटलीकरण करना है। इसके साथ ही विकसित ग्राम पंचायतों का निर्माण, ग्राम पंचायतों को अपनी आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार विकास योजनाएँ तैयार करने का अधिकार देना और ग्रामीण सभाओं को सशक्त बनाना है।

मंत्री खींवसर ने कहा कि योजना के तहत मजदूरों को वर्ष में 125 दिन का रोजगार प्रदान किया जाएगा। मजदूरी की राशि सात दिनों के भीतर सीधे बैंक खातों में भेजी जाएगी और यदि भुगतान में देरी होती है तो मजदूरों को ब्याज सहित भुगतान किया जाएगा। योजना के तहत एक नया ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी कार्ड जारी किया जाएगा, जो काम मांगने, मजदूरी प्राप्त करने और अपने अधिकारों की मांग के लिए एक मजबूत और वैध दस्तावेज होगा। इसके तहत स्किल डेवलपमेंट को भी प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

इस दौरान चिकित्सा मंत्री ने ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनी। पलाना के प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में स्टाफ तथा आवश्यक मशीनरी उपलब्ध करवाने की कार्यवाही के लिए मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि यहां सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता के मद्देनजर कोई कमी नहीं आने दी जाएगी। उन्होंने प्राप्त सभी परिवादों को समयबद्ध निस्तारित करने के निर्देश दिए।

इस अवसर पर जिला कलक्टर नम्रता वृष्णि, उपखंड अधिकारी महिमा कसाना, जिला परिषद की अतिरिक्त मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी प्रियंका तिलानिया, विकास अधिकारी साजिया तबस्सुम, सहायक अभियंता मुकेश आहूजा ने विकसित भारत जीरामजी योजना के विभिन्न प्रावधानों के बारे में बताया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ पुखराज साध के अलावा ग्रामीण और जनप्रतिनिधि मौजूद रहे।

रोड़ा में आयोजित रात्रि चौपाल एवं जनसुनवाई के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण मौजूद रहे। चिकित्सा मंत्री ने कहा कि ‘विकसित भारत- जीरामजी योजना’ का उद्देश्य वर्ष 2047 तक ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों को पूर्णतया विकसित करना है। यह प्रधानमंत्री के दूरगामी विजन पर आधारित योजना है। इस दौरान उन्होंने आमजन की समस्याएं सुनी। उन्होंने रोड़ा के उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र को प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र के रूप में क्रमोन्नत करने की घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि चिकित्सा सुविधाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण में किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं आने दी जाएगी।

पूर्व विधायक बिहारी लाल बिश्नोई ने कहा कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकार अंत्योदय की भावना के साथ काम कर रही है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने वर्ष 2047 तक भारत को विकसित बनाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया है। ‘विकसित भारत- जीरामजी योजना’ इस दिशा में मील का पत्थर साबित होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अधिक पारदर्शी और तकनीकी सुदृढ़ता के साथ लागू की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा भी अंतिम छोर तक बैठे व्यक्ति के लिए संकल्पबद्धता के साथ कार्य किया जा रहा है। इस दौरान ग्रामीणों ने मंत्री श्री गजेंद्र सिंह खींवसर का भव्य स्वागत किया।

Health Minister Holds Public Hearing and Night Meeting in Roda and Palana, Provides Information on Provisions of ‘Developed India-G-Ram-Ji’ Scheme

Bikaner. Health and Family Welfare Minister and District In-charge Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar said that the ‘Developed India-G-Ram-Ji Scheme’ will bring about significant changes in rural life. He said that the ‘Developed India-G-Ram-Ji Scheme’ is not just a promise of employment, but a guarantee of sustainable livelihood. This scheme will strengthen the foundation of a developed India by making rural India self-reliant.

Minister Khimsar was providing information about the provisions of the ‘Developed India-G-Ram-Ji Scheme’ during the public hearing and night meeting held in Roda and Palana Gram Panchayats on Sunday.

He said that the main objective of this scheme is to create a new framework for rural development in line with the national vision of Developed India-2047. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the central government has presented MNREGA with new provisions, keeping the development of the poor, farmers, and laborers at the center. This scheme will be implemented across the country from April 1, 2026.

Minister Khimsar said that the main objective of the ‘Developed India-G-Ram-Ji Scheme’, launched with the goal of developed villages, is to address the shortcomings of MNREGA, bring transparency to the system, effectively curb corruption, and digitize the scheme with the cooperation of the states. It also aims to create developed Gram Panchayats, empower Gram Panchayats to prepare development plans according to their needs, and strengthen Gram Sabhas (village assemblies).

Minister Khimsar said that under the scheme, laborers will be provided 125 days of employment per year. The wages will be sent directly to their bank accounts within seven days, and if there is a delay in payment, the laborers will be paid with interest. A new rural employment guarantee card will be issued under the scheme, which will be a strong and valid document for seeking work, receiving wages, and demanding their rights. Skill development will also be given priority under this scheme. During this time, the Health Minister listened to the problems of the villagers. He directed the Chief Medical and Health Officer to take action to provide staff and necessary machinery at the primary health center in Palana. He said that there would be no shortage of facilities here. He instructed that all complaints received be resolved in a timely manner.

On this occasion, District Collector Namrata Vrashni, Sub-Divisional Officer Mahima Kasana, Additional Chief Executive Officer of Zila Parishad Priyanka Tilania, Development Officer Sajia Tabassum, and Assistant Engineer Mukesh Ahuja explained the various provisions of the Developed India Gramin Yojana (Developed India Rural Scheme). Besides Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Pukhraj Sadh, villagers and public representatives were also present.

Large number of villagers present in Roda
A large number of villagers were present during the night meeting and public hearing held in Roda. The Health Minister said that the objective of the ‘Developed India – Gramin Yojana’ is to fully develop rural areas by the year 2047. This scheme is based on the Prime Minister’s far-sighted vision. During this time, he listened to the problems of the common people. He announced the upgradation of the sub-health center in Roda to a primary health center. He said that there would be no compromise in strengthening medical facilities.

Former MLA Bihari Lal Bishnoi said that the central and state governments are working with the spirit of Antyodaya (upliftment of the poorest). Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set the goal of making India a developed nation by 2047. The ‘Developed India – Gramin Yojana’ will prove to be a milestone in this direction. He said that it will be implemented with greater transparency and technological robustness. He said that the state government is also working with commitment for the person at the last mile. During this time, the villagers gave a grand welcome to Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar.
