बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी शहर व देहात, बीकानेर द्वारा अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी के आव्हान पर कांग्रेस पार्टी द्वारा चलाये जा रहे अरावली बचाओ जन-आंदोलन एवं मनरेगा के तहत् तथा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के निर्देशानुसार शहर अध्यक्ष मदनगोपाल मेघवाल व देहात अध्यक्ष बिशनाराम सियाग के संयुक्त नेतृत्व में शनिवार को दोपहर 12ः15 बजे से कोटगेट से जिला कलेक्ट्रेट तक जन-जागरण रैली आयोजित की गई। पैदल मार्च के पश्चात् मनरेगा को लेकर सभी कांग्रेसजन जिला कलेक्ट्रेट पर एकत्रित होकर महात्मा गाँधी जी के चित्रों के साथ प्रदर्शन किया। अंत में महामहिम राष्ट्रपति के नाम जरिए जिला कलेक्टर कांग्रेस के शिष्टमंडल ने ज्ञापन सौंपा। इस अवसर पर कांग्रेसजनों ने केन्द्र और राज्य सरकार के विरूद्ध जमकर नारेबाजी की।

ज्ञापन में मांग की गई है कि अरावली पर्वतमाला क्षेत्र में जारी एवं प्रस्तावित सभी खनन गतिविधियों की निष्पक्ष जाँच कराई जाए, पर्यावरणीय नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले खनन पट्टों को तत्काल निरस्त किया जाए, अरावली क्षेत्र को संरक्षित क्षेत्र घोषित करने की दिशा में प्रभावी कदम उठाए जाएँ तथा स्थानीय प्रशासन द्वारा नियमित निगरानी एवं संरक्षण हेतु ठोस कार्ययोजना बनाई जाए।

बीकानेर शहर जिला अध्यक्ष मदन गोपाल मेघवाल ने प्रदर्शन को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि अरावली पर्वतमाला भारत की अनमोल धरोहर है इससे पर्यावरण संरचना की अनुकूलता बनी रहती है इस से मानव जीवन,पशु जीवन, प्रकृति,जलवायु और कृषि की पैदावार पर गहरा प्रभाव पड़ता है और भाजपा सरकार इसको साजिश के तहत हटाने पर तुली है जिसको कांग्रेस पार्टी बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगी अभी भाजपा सरकार ने इस पर तुरंत रोक लगाकर इसे संरक्षित करने की नीति नहीं बनाई तो कांग्रेस इस सरकार से दो दो हाथ करने को तैयार हैं।

देहात जिला अध्यक्ष बिशनाराम सियाग ने कहा कि जैसा कि सबको ज्ञात है कि अरावली पर्वतमाला ना सिर्फ राजस्थान प्रदेश की ऐतिहासिक धरोहर है, बल्कि प्रदेश की जीवनरेखा भी है, जो ना सिर्फ प्रदेश में रेगिस्तान के विस्तार को रोकने में सहायक है, धूलभरी आंधियों से बचाव करती है और पर्यावरण संतुलन बनाए रखने में सहायक होने के साथ ही प्रदेशवासियों के लिए आस्था का केन्द्र है। अनेक देवालय इस पर्वतमाला पर स्थित है। भारतीय जनता पार्टी की केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा षड्यंत्र रचकर प्रदेश की पहचान अरावली पर्वतमाला को खनन माफियाओं के हवाले कर खनन पट्टे आवंटित कर समाप्त करने की दिशा में कार्य किया जा रहा है। प्रदेश की इस बहूमुल्य सम्पदा को नष्ट होने से बचाने के लिए कांग्रेस पार्टी के समस्त नेता एवं कार्यकर्ता कृत संकल्प है। अरावली पर्वतमाला समाप्त ना हो और भाजपा द्वारा प्रदेश की सम्पदा को अपने उद्योगपति मित्रों को सौंप कर लुटवाने के षड्यंत्र के विरूद्ध कांग्रेस पार्टी ने जन-जागरण अभियान चलाने के साथ ही अरावली पर्वतमाला को बचाने हेतु केन्द्र एवं प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार के विरूद्ध व्यापक जन-आंदोलन चलाने का निर्णय लिया है।

पूर्व विधायक मंगलाराम गोदारा ने कहा कि अरावली पर्वत माला के बारे में भाजपा देश को गुमराह कर रही हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की आड़ में 90 प्रतिशत से अधिक अरावली पर्वत माला को भाजपा अपने पूंजीपति दोस्तो को देना चाहती हैं, जिसको कांग्रेस पार्टी किसी भी सूरत में नहीं होने देगी अरावली पर्वत बचाने के लिए जान भी कुर्बान करनी पड़ी तो कांग्रेस पीछे नहीं हटेगी।

पूर्व मंत्री भंवरसिंह भाटी ने कहा कि यह अत्यंत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि वर्तमान में अरावली पर्वतमाला क्षेत्र में खनन पट्टों के माध्यम से बड़े पैमाने पर खनन गतिविधियाँ संचालित की जा रही हैं। इन गतिविधियों के कारण वन क्षेत्र, जल स्रोत, वन्यजीव तथा स्थानीय पर्यावरण को अपूरणीय क्षति पहुँच रही है। खनन माफियाओं द्वारा प्राकृतिक संपदा का दोहन न केवल पर्यावरणीय असंतुलन उत्पन्न कर रहा है, बल्कि आने वाली पीढ़ियों के भविष्य के साथ भी गंभीर खिलवाड़ है।

भूदान बोर्ड अध्यक्ष लक्ष्मण कड़वासरा ने कहा कि भाजपा की केन्द्र सरकार ने महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार योजना अधिनियम (मनरेगा) को निरस्त करने के लिए एक विधेयक पेश कर अत्यन्त चिंताजनक और सुनियोजित कदम उठाया हैं, जो कि मनरेगा को कमजोर करने, महात्मा गांधी का नाम हटाने तथा रोजगार गारंटी का विनाश करने के लिए ही लाया गया हैं।

पूर्व विधानसभा प्रत्याशी और पीसीसी सदस्य यशपाल गहलोत ने कहा कि अरावली पर्वतमाला राजस्थान प्रदेश की ऐतिहासिक, पर्यावरणीय एवं सांस्कृतिक धरोहर है। यह पर्वतमाला प्रदेश में मरुस्थलीकरण को रोकने, धूलभरी आंधियों से सुरक्षा प्रदान करने, जलवायु संतुलन बनाए रखने तथा जैव विविधता के संरक्षण में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। साथ ही यह क्षेत्र प्रदेशवासियों की आस्था का भी प्रमुख केन्द्र है, जहाँ अनेक प्राचीन देवालय एवं सांस्कृतिक स्थल स्थित हैं। उनके नापाक मंसूबों को कांग्रेस पूरा नहीं होने देगी।

प्रदेश महासचिव हाजी जिया उर रहमान आरिफ ने कहा कि अरावली पर्वत भारतीय संस्कृति और पर्यावरण का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है जिसको बचाना हमारी महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी हैं।

On Saturday, at 12:15 PM, a public awareness rally was organized by the District Congress Committee, City and Rural, Bikaner, from Kotgate to the District Collectorate, under the joint leadership of City President Madangopal Meghwal and Rural President Bishnaram Siyag, as part of the Aravalli Bachao (Save Aravalli) public movement and MNREGA program, as per the call of the All India Congress Committee and the instructions of the State Congress Committee. After the march, all Congress members gathered at the District Collectorate and protested regarding MNREGA with pictures of Mahatma Gandhi. Finally, a delegation of Congress members submitted a memorandum to the District Collector addressed to the Honorable President. On this occasion, Congress members raised slogans against the central and state governments.

The memorandum demanded that an impartial inquiry be conducted into all ongoing and proposed mining activities in the Aravalli mountain range area, that mining leases violating environmental rules be immediately canceled, that effective steps be taken to declare the Aravalli region a protected area, and that a concrete action plan be formulated by the local administration for regular monitoring and conservation.

Bikaner City District President Madan Gopal Meghwal, addressing the protest, said that the Aravalli mountain range is a precious heritage of India, which maintains the balance of the environmental structure. It has a profound impact on human life, animal life, nature, climate, and agricultural production, and the BJP government is determined to destroy it through a conspiracy, which the Congress party will not tolerate. If the BJP government does not immediately stop this and formulate a policy to protect it, the Congress is ready to confront this government head-on. Rural District President Bishnaram Siyag said that as everyone knows, the Aravalli mountain range is not only a historical heritage of Rajasthan but also the lifeline of the state. It helps prevent the expansion of the desert, protects against dust storms, and helps maintain environmental balance, while also being a center of faith for the people of the state. Many temples are located on this mountain range. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) central and state governments are conspiring to destroy the Aravalli mountain range, the identity of the state, by handing it over to mining mafias and allocating mining leases. All the leaders and workers of the Congress party are determined to save this invaluable asset of the state from destruction. To prevent the destruction of the Aravalli mountain range and to counter the BJP’s conspiracy to hand over the state’s resources to its industrialist friends, the Congress party has decided to launch a public awareness campaign and a widespread public movement against the BJP governments at the center and in the state to save the Aravalli mountain range.

Former MLA Mangalaram Godara said that the BJP is misleading the country about the Aravalli mountain range. Under the guise of the Supreme Court, the BJP wants to give more than 90 percent of the Aravalli mountain range to its capitalist friends, which the Congress party will not allow under any circumstances. If necessary, the Congress party will even sacrifice its lives to save the Aravalli mountains.

Former Minister Bhanwarsingh Bhati said that it is extremely unfortunate that large-scale mining activities are currently being carried out in the Aravalli mountain range through mining leases. These activities are causing irreparable damage to the forest area, water sources, wildlife, and the local environment. The exploitation of natural resources by mining mafias is not only creating environmental imbalance but is also seriously jeopardizing the future of coming generations.

Bhoodan Board Chairman Laxman Kadwasara said that the BJP-led central government has taken an extremely worrying and calculated step by introducing a bill to repeal the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA), which is clearly intended to weaken MNREGA, remove Mahatma Gandhi’s name, and destroy the employment guarantee scheme.

Former MLA candidate and PCC member Yashpal Gehlot said that the Aravalli mountain range is a historical, environmental, and cultural heritage of Rajasthan. This mountain range plays a crucial role in preventing desertification in the state, providing protection from dust storms, maintaining climate balance, and conserving biodiversity. Furthermore, this region is a major center of faith for the people of the state, where numerous ancient temples and cultural sites are located. The Congress party will not allow their nefarious plans to succeed.

State General Secretary Haji Zia Ur Rehman Arif said that the Aravalli mountain range is an important part of Indian culture and environment, and protecting it is our crucial responsibility.
