बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। महाराजा गंगा सिंह का दशम दीक्षान्त समारोह बुधवार 24 दिसम्बर 2025 को पूर्वान्ह 11:00 बजे संत मीरा बाई सभागार में परिसर में आयोजित होगा।

विश्वविद्यालय कुलसचिव जसवंत सिंह ने बताया कि इस समारोह में हरिभाऊ बागडे, कुलाधिपति एवं राज्यपाल, राजस्थान कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता करेंगे।

अर्जुन राम मेघवाल, केन्द्रीय कानून मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार), भारत सरकार विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में एवं प्रो के. जी. सुरेश, वरिष्ठ पत्रकार, शिक्षाविद् एवं संचार रणनीतिकार मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में एवं विश्वविद्यालय कुलगुरू आचार्य मनीज दीक्षित उपस्थित रहेगें।

दीक्षान्त समारोह में परीक्षा वर्ष 2024 की कुल 1,20.812 उपाधियां प्रदान की जाएगी। साथ ही 01.01.2024 से 31.12.2024 की अवधि में कुल 46 शोधार्थियों जिसमें 22 पुरुष एवं 24 महिलाओं को विद्यावाचस्पति (पीएचडी) की उपाधि प्रदान की जायेगी। इसी समारोह में परीक्षा वर्ष 2024 की परीक्षाओं में अपने-अपने विषयों में उच्चतम अंक प्राप्त करने पाले कुल 65 विद्यार्थियों जिनमें 09 पुरूष एवं 58 महिला को स्वर्ण पदक प्रदान किये जायेगे। इसी समारोह में विधि संकाय की सुश्री लावण्या शर्मा को कुलाधिपति पदक एवं सामाजिक विज्ञान संकाय की सुश्री तन्नू को कुलगुरु पदक प्रदान किया जाएगा।

विश्वविद्यालय के अतिरिक्त कुलसचिव एवं मीडिया प्रभारी डॉ. विठ्ठल बिस्सा ने बताया कि समारोह में विश्वविद्यालय में संचालित होने वाली ई-फाईलिग एवं विश्वविद्यालय के कैलेण्डर का भी लोकार्पण भी अतिथियों द्वारा किया जायेगा। इसके साथ ही दीक्षान्त समारोह की गरीमा को ध्यान में रखते हुए विश्वविद्यालय स्तर पर व्यापक तैयारियां की गई पूरे परिसर में विशेष साफ-सफाई अभियान चलाकर परिसर की साफ-सुथरा एवं रंगीन झण्डों से सजाया गया है।

दीक्षान्त समारोह को सफल बनाने के लिए विश्वविद्यालय के शिक्षकों एवं अधिकारियों की कमेटियों का गठन कर अलग-अलग जिम्मेदारिया दी गई है।

विद्यार्थियों को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो इसके लिए अलग-अलग कमेटियों का गठन कर उनसे लगातार सम्पर्क किया जा रहा है। दीक्षान्त समारोह की गरीमा को ध्यान में रखते हुए विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा दीक्षान्त समारोह की पूर्व संध्या पर इसका पूर्वाभ्यास भी किया जाएगा।

दीक्षान्त समारोह को ध्यान में रखाते हुए विश्वविद्यालय कुलगुरू आचार्य मनोज दीक्षित की प्रेरणा से ड्राइंग एण्ड पेंटिग विधार्थियों द्वारा संत मीराबाई सभागार में बीकानेर की कला से ओत-प्रोत एक आर्ट गैलरी भी तैयार की गई है।

समारोह के पश्चात राज्यपाल एवं आमंत्रित अतिथियों द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय में पीएम रूसा प्रोजेक्ट के तहत तैयार भवनों का भी लोकार्पण किया जायेगा। वर्तमान में राज्य के चुनिंदा विश्वविद्यालयों में से महाराजा गंगा सिह विश्वविद्यालय में भारत सरकार की योजना के अंतर्गत करीब 20 करोड़ रूपये के विकास कार्य प्रगति पर है।

Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner’s Tenth Convocation Ceremony Tomorrow: Over One Lakh Degrees and Chancellor’s Award, including the Vice-Chancellor’s Award…

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The tenth convocation ceremony of Maharaja Ganga Singh University will be held on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Sant Meera Bai Auditorium on the campus.

University Registrar Jaswant Singh informed that Hari Bhau Bagde, Chancellor and Governor of Rajasthan, will preside over the program.

Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union Minister of Law (Independent Charge), Government of India, will be the special guest, and Prof. K.G. Suresh, senior journalist, educationist, and communication strategist, will be the chief guest. University Vice-Chancellor Acharya Manij Dixit will also be present.

A total of 1,20,812 degrees for the examination year 2024 will be awarded at the convocation ceremony. Additionally, 46 research scholars (22 men and 24 women) will be awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree for the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. In the same ceremony, 65 students (9 men and 58 women) who secured the highest marks in their respective subjects in the 2024 examinations will be awarded gold medals. Ms. Lavanya Sharma from the Faculty of Law will be awarded the Chancellor’s Medal, and Ms. Tannu from the Faculty of Social Sciences will be awarded the Vice-Chancellor’s Medal.

The Additional Registrar and Media In-charge of the university, Dr. Vitthal Bissa, informed that the e-filing system and the university calendar will also be launched by the guests during the ceremony. In keeping with the solemnity of the convocation ceremony, extensive preparations have been made at the university level. A special cleanliness drive was conducted throughout the campus, ensuring a clean and vibrant environment adorned with colorful flags.

To ensure the success of the convocation ceremony, committees comprising university teachers and officials have been formed and assigned specific responsibilities.

To prevent any inconvenience to the students, various committees have been established, and they are in constant communication with the students. Considering the dignity of the convocation ceremony, the university will also conduct a rehearsal on the eve of the event.

With the convocation ceremony in mind, and inspired by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Manoj Dixit, drawing and painting students have created an art gallery in the Sant Mirabai Auditorium, showcasing art inspired by the culture of Bikaner.

Following the ceremony, the Governor and invited guests will inaugurate the buildings constructed under the PM RUSA project at the university. Currently, development work worth approximately 20 crore rupees is underway at Maharaja Ganga Singh University, one of the select universities in the state, under a scheme of the Government of India.
