यातायात निरीक्षक नरेश निर्वाण व अध्यक्ष जुगल राठी के नेतृत्व मे व्यापारियो के साथ हुई बैठक

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। यातायात विभाग द्वारा दीपावली पर्व पर मुख्य बाजारों में यातायात व्यवस्था को सुचारू करने हेतु आज यातायात निरीक्षक नरेश निर्वाण व व्यापार मंडल के अध्यक्ष जुगल राठी के नेतृत्व में व्यापार उद्योग मंडल के परिसर में बैठक हुई, जिसमें मुख्य बाजारों के प्रतिनिधियों ने सहभागिता की।

बैठक में यह निर्णय हुआ कि हर दुकानदार को ट्रैफिक विभाग की तरफ से दोपहिया वाहन बाजार में ले जाने के लिये एक पास वितरित किया जायेगा, जो दुकानदार अपना नाम व व्हीकल नंबर उपलब्ध करवाएगा, उसे ही पास दिया जाएगा, बिना व्हीकल नंबर के पास वितरित नहीं किये जायेंगे।

जिस किसी दुकानदार को व्हीकल पास चाहिये, वो अपना नाम व व्हीकल नंबर अपने एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष या बीकानेर व्यापार उद्योग मंडल को 17 अक्टूम्बर तक भेज देगा, उसे पास दे दिया जाएगा।

कोटगेट, केईएम रोड़ व आसपास के मुख्य बाजारों में दीपावली पर्व पर आम लोगों को भीड़भाड़ से परेशानी न हो इसके लिये बाजारों में ठेले वालों व सड़क पर दुकान लगाने वालों को मुख्य मार्गों पर दुकान नहीं लगाने दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा स्थानीय दुकानदारों को भी मुख्य मार्ग पर पाटा या दुकान नहीं लगाने दी जाएगी।

यातायात निरीक्षक ने सभी व्यापारियों से अपील की है कि दुकानों को लाईट व फूलों से सजाकर बाजार का सौंदर्य बढ़ाएं एवम् किसी भी दुकान के आगे टेंट न लगाएं। जुगल राठी ने कहा यातायात व्यवस्था व पास बनवाने के लिये सुनिश्चित की गई व्यवस्था में सभी व्यापारी गण सहयोग करें।

सचिव संजय जैन सांड ने यातायात विभाग द्वारा की जा रही व्यवस्थाओं के लिये यातायात निरीक्षक नरेश निर्वाण एवम् पूरी टीम का आभार व्यक्त किया।

A meeting was held with traders under the leadership of Traffic Inspector Naresh Nirvan and President Jugal Rathi.

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. To ensure smooth traffic arrangements in the main markets during Diwali, the Traffic Department held a meeting at the Trade and Industry Board premises under the leadership of Traffic Inspector Naresh Nirvan and Trade Board President Jugal Rathi. Representatives from the main markets participated.

It was decided in the meeting that every shopkeeper will be issued a pass by the Traffic Department for taking two-wheelers into the market. Only shopkeepers who provide their name and vehicle number will be issued passes; passes without vehicle numbers will not be issued.

Any shopkeeper requiring a vehicle pass should send their name and vehicle number to their association president or the Bikaner Vyapar Udyog Mandal by October 17th, and they will be issued a pass.

To avoid inconvenience to the public due to the crowds during Diwali in Kotgate, KEM Road, and the surrounding main markets, hawkers and street vendors will not be allowed to set up their shops on the main roads. Furthermore, local shopkeepers will also not be allowed to set up stalls or shops on the main roads.

The Traffic Inspector has appealed to all traders to enhance the beauty of the market by decorating their shops with lights and flowers, and to refrain from erecting tents in front of any shop. Jugal Rathi urged all traders to cooperate with the arrangements made for traffic management and pass issuance.

Secretary Sanjay Jain Sand expressed his gratitude to Traffic Inspector Naresh Nirvan and the entire team for the arrangements made by the Traffic Department.
