भारी बारिश की चेतावनी के चलते कलेक्टर का आदेश

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान में संभावित भारी बारिश को लेकर मौसम विभाग की चेतावनी के मद्देनज़र बीकानेर जिला प्रशासन ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है।

जिला कलेक्टर नम्रता वृष्णि ने आदेश जारी कर जिले के सभी राजकीय व गैर-राजकीय विद्यालयों (प्री-प्राइमरी से कक्षा 12 तक) तथा समस्त आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों को 1 अगस्त और 2 अगस्त 2025 को बंद रखने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

यह निर्णय माध्यमिक शिक्षा निदेशालय, राजस्थान के निर्देशानुसार और राज्य स्तर पर आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग द्वारा जारी चेतावनी के आधार पर लिया गया है।

आदेश के अनुसार, बारिश की गंभीर आशंका को देखते हुए बच्चों, शिक्षकों और कर्मचारियों की सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता देते हुए यह दो दिवसीय अवकाश घोषित किया गया है।

हालांकि, विद्यालय/कॉलेज/संस्थानों के प्रमुखों व छात्रावास कर्मियों को आपात स्थिति में उपलब्ध रहने के निर्देश भी जारी किए गए हैं। आदेश राजस्थान महामारी अधिनियम 2005 के अंतर्गत सार्वजनिक हित में प्रभावी किया गया है।

प्रशासन ने सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों को आदेश का तत्काल क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने और अपने अधीनस्थ स्टाफ को सूचित करने के निर्देश भी दिए हैं।

यदि कोई भी संस्थाप्रधान उक्त आदेश का उल्लंघन करता हुआ पाया जाता है, तो उसके विरूद्ध आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 के प्रावधानों के तहत कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जायेगी।

Collector’s order due to warning of heavy rain

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. In view of the Meteorological Department’s warning regarding possible heavy rains in Rajasthan, the Bikaner district administration has taken a big decision.

District Collector Namrata Vrishni has issued an order directing all government and non-government schools (pre-primary to class 12) and all Anganwadi centers in the district to remain closed on August 1 and August 2, 2025.

This decision has been taken as per the instructions of the Directorate of Secondary Education, Rajasthan and on the basis of the warning issued by the Disaster Management Department at the state level.

According to the order, this two-day holiday has been declared giving priority to the safety of children, teachers and staff in view of the serious possibility of rain.

However, instructions have also been issued to the heads of schools/colleges/institutions and hostel workers to remain available in case of emergency. The order has been implemented in public interest under the Rajasthan Epidemic Act 2005.

The administration has also instructed all departmental officers to ensure immediate implementation of the order and inform their subordinate staff.

If any institution head is found violating the said order, action will be taken against him under the provisions of the Disaster Management Act 2005.
