बीकानेर, @MaruSangramnews। राजस्थान न्यायिक कर्मचारी संघ, जिला शाखा बीकानेर के तत्वावधान में न्यायिक कर्मचारियों का धरना गुरुवार को आठवें दिन भी जारी रहा। धरने पर बैठे कर्मचारियों ने हाईकोर्ट के आदेशों की अनुपालना न किए जाने पर गहरा रोष व्यक्त किया।
धरनास्थल पर वरिष्ठ साथी कर्मचारी गिरीराज बिस्सा, मुख्तायार अली, गौरीशंकर रतावा, के साथ मनीराम बिश्नोई अजय सिंह नन्दकिशोर व्यास, रामकुमार हर्ष हेमेन्द्र सिंह यादव, दाउलाल व्यास व अंनत किशोर किराडु ने अपने संबोधन में बताया कि माननीय उच्च न्यायलय की एकल पीठ द्वारा इब्रा बनाम राज्य में दिनांक 24.07.2025 को पारित आदेश का सामुहिक अवकाश पर रहने वाले न्यायिक कर्मचारियों पर कोई प्रभाव नही पड़ा तथा इस आदेश को कर्मचारियों ने न्यायिक कर्मचारी संघ को सुने बिना कर्मचारियों के विरूद्व कठोर आदेश पारित कर दिया जो कि प्राकृतिक न्याय के सिद्वांतों के अनुकुल नहीं था। केवल मात्र कर्मचारियों के सामुहिक अवकाश के आंदोलन को असफल करने मात्र हेतु यह आदेश पारित कर कर्मचारियों कों डयुटी जोईन करने का दबाव बनाया गया।
उक्त आदेश से न्यायिक कर्मचारी संघ और आक्रोशित हो गया और इस आदेश के विरूद्व राजस्थान न्यायिक कर्मचारी संघ द्वारा विधि अनुसार आगामी कार्यवाही करने का निर्णय लेते हुए केैडर पुर्नगठन राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय की पूुर्ण पीठ के द्वारा पारित प्रस्ताव जो राज्य सरकार को भेजा गया था को अक्षरशः लागू करने के आदेश होने तक न्यायिक कर्मचारियों के अनिश्चिित कालीन सामुहिक अवकाश को जारी रखने का निर्णय लिया व राजस्थान न्यायिक कर्मचारी संघ के दिशा-निर्देशों का ही पालन करें।
उन्होंने आश्वस्त किया कि संघ किसी भी कर्मचारी के हितों की अनदेखी नहीं करेगा।
संघ के प्रान्तीय प्रतिनिधि अविनाश आचार्य एवं नारायण दास रंगा व विकास सोलकी ने बताया कि धरनास्थल पर अखिल राजस्थान राज्य सयुक्त कर्मचारी महासंघ एकीकृत जयपुर के प्रदेश वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष भंवरलाल पुरोहित व अखिल भारतीय विकास मंच के राष्टीय अध्यक्ष रामकिशन गोयतान ने पहुंचकर आंदोलन को पुरजोर समर्थन दिया व दिनांक 24.7.2025 को माननीय उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश को विधि सम्मत नहीं माना, साथ ही उन्होंने 12 दिन से भूख हड़ताल पर बैठे संघ के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष सुरेन्द्र नारायण जोशी के शीघ्र स्वास्थ्य लाभ की कामना भी की।
धरने के आठवें दिन उपस्थित कर्मचारियों में अभय अस्थाना, दिनेश मीणा, सूर्य प्रकाश रंगा, राजेन्द्र व्यास, सुमेर सिंह, दिनेश रंगा, विनय किराडू चिरजींलाल मीणा, नरेन्द्र मोदी, रामानुज सारश्वत, जितेश स्वामी, हिमम्त पुरोहित, सूपर्ण व्यास, किशन व्यास, अमित पुरोहित, जनकराज दईया मनीष गहलोत, खेमचन्द गोयल, जितेन्द्र प्रजापत, अशपाक, सदाम, जितेन्द्र रंगा, शेर असलम व महिला कर्मचारियों में गायत्री देवी, रश्मि विजय ललिता, पूर्णिमा, माधुरी व्यास, माधुरी आचार्य, मेघा, ज्योति, मीनाक्षी, कुसुमलता आचार्य, अंकिता अग्रवाल, विनिता चाहर ,विनिता चैहान, सिद्धि कोपली, अंजू विश्नोई, सीमा पुंज, दीपा सुथार, हीना रामचंदानी, तपस्या शर्मा सहित सभी न्यायिक कर्मचारी भारी संख्या में उपस्थित रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangramnews. The strike of judicial employees continued on the eighth day on Thursday under the aegis of Rajasthan Judicial Employees Union, District Branch Bikaner. The employees sitting on the strike expressed deep anger over non-compliance of the High Court orders.
Senior fellow employees Giriraj Bissa, Mukhtayar Ali, Gaurishankar Ratawa, along with Maniram Bishnoi, Ajay Singh Nandkishore Vyas, Ramkumar Harsh Hemendra Singh Yadav, Daulatlal Vyas and Anant Kishore Kiradu, in their address at the protest site, said that the order passed by the single bench of the Hon’ble High Court in Ibra vs State on 24.07.2025 had no effect on the judicial employees who were on mass leave and this order was considered as a harsh order against the employees without listening to the Judicial Employees Union, which was not in accordance with the principles of natural justice. This order was passed only to make the employees’ mass leave movement unsuccessful and pressure was created on the employees to join duty. The Judicial Employees Union became more angry with the said order and decided to take further action against this order as per law by the Rajasthan Judicial Employees Union and decided to continue the indefinite collective leave of judicial employees till the order of literal implementation of the proposal passed by the full bench of Rajasthan High Court on cadre restructuring which was sent to the state government is given and only the guidelines of Rajasthan Judicial Employees Union should be followed.
He assured that the union will not ignore the interests of any employee.
The provincial representatives of the union, Avinash Acharya and Narayan Das Ranga and Vikas Solaki informed that the state senior vice president of All Rajasthan State Joint Employees Federation Integrated Jaipur, Bhanwarlal Purohit and the national president of All India Vikas Manch, Ramkishan Goyatan, reached the protest site and strongly supported the movement and did not consider the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court on 24.7.2025 as legal, and also wished for the speedy recovery of the state president of the union, Surendra Narayan Joshi, who has been on hunger strike for 12 days.
On the eighth day of the strike, the employees present included Abhay Asthana, Dinesh Meena, Surya Prakash Ranga, Rajendra Vyas, Sumer Singh, Dinesh Ranga, Vinay Kiradu, Chirjilal Meena, Narendra Modi, Ramanuj Saraswat, Jitesh Swami, Himmat Purohit, Suparna Vyas, Kishan Vyas, Amit Purohit, Janak Raj Daiya, Manish Gehlot, Khemchand Goyal, Jitendra Prajapat, Ashpak, Sadam, Jitendra Ranga, Sher Aslam and women employees included Gayatri Devi, Rashmi Vijay Lalita, Poornima, Madhuri Vyas, Madhuri Acharya, Megha, Jyoti, Meenakshi, Kusumlata Acharya, Ankita Agarwal, Vinita Chahar, Vinita Chauhan, Siddhi Kopli, Anju Vishnoi, Seema Punj, Deepa Suthar, Heena Ramchandani, Tapasya Sharma and all judicial employees were present in large numbers.
