जयपुर, @MaruSangramnews। उदयपुर में कन्हैयालाल टेलर की गला काटकर हत्या के मामले तीन साल पूरे हो रहे हैं। पूर्व सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने हत्याकांड के दोषियों को अब तक सजा नहीं मिलने और इस केस के गवाहों तक के बयान नहीं होने पर सवाल उठाए हैं।
गहलोत ने एक्स पर लिखा- उदयपुर के कन्हैयालाल हत्याकांड को लेकर भाजपा ने जमकर राजनीति की और राजस्थान के चुनाव का मुख्य मुद्दा इसे बना दिया। घटना की रात को ही ये केस NIA ने ले लिया। भाजपा की केंद्र सरकार के अधीन आने वाली एजेंसी NIA के पास ये केस है, लेकिन तीन साल केस चलने के बाद भी आज तक इस स्पष्ट प्रकृति के मामले में दोषियों को सजा नहीं हो सकी है।
एनआईए कोर्ट में केस विचाराधीन, पिछले छह महीने से कोई तारीख तक नहीं पड़ी
गहलोत ने लिखा- कन्हैयालाल के परिजनों ने बताया है कि इस केस को फास्ट ट्रैक नहीं चलाया जा रहा है। यह केस NIA कोर्ट जयपुर में विचाराधीन है। NIA कोर्ट का एडिशनल चार्ज CBI कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश के पास था, जिनका तबादला हो गया है। इससे केस की सुनवाई नहीं हो पा रही। विगत छह महीने से केस में कोई तारीख नहीं पड़ी है। इससे पहले गवाहों के बयान ही चल रहे थे। परन्तु तीन मुख्य गवाहों के बयान अभी तक दर्ज नहीं किए गए। इस केस में गिरफ्तार किए गए आरोपियों में से अभी तक दो की जमानत हो चुकी है।
कन्हैयालाल के परिजनों को 50 लाख मुआवजा,दोनों बेटों को सरकारी नौकरी
गहलोत ने लिखा- इस महीने कन्हैयालाल हत्याकांड को तीन साल पूरे हो जाएंगे। राजस्थान पुलिस ने अपराधियों को मात्र 4 घंटे में गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। कन्हैयालाल के परिजनों को 50 लाख रुपए मुआवजा और उनके दोनों पुत्रों को सरकारी नौकरी दी गई थी। भाजपा ने जनता में अफवाह फैलाई कि केवल 5 लाख रुपए मुआवजा दिया और पांच लाख, पचास लाख की राजनीति की।
पीड़ितों को न्याय दिलाने का इरादा नहीं
गहलोत ने लिखा- यदि NIA ये केस नहीं लेती और राजस्थान पुलिस के पास ये केस रहता। हमारी सरकार के कार्यकाल में ही इनको सजा सुना दी जाती लेकिन लगता है भाजपा केवल इस केस पर राजनीति कर रही है। पीड़ितों को न्याय दिलाने का उनका इरादा नहीं लगता है।
दुकान में गला काटकर की थी कन्हैयालाल की हत्या
28 जून 2022 को कन्हैयालाल की मोहम्मद रियाज अत्तारी और गौस मोहम्मद ने निर्मम तरीके से गला काटकर हत्या कर दी थी।
कन्हैयालाल की हत्या के मामले में एनआईए ने पाकिस्तान के कराची निवासी सलमान और अबू इब्राहिम को फरार बताते हुए मुख्य आरोपी गौस मोहम्मद और मोहम्मद रियाज अत्तारी सहित 11 आरोपियों मोहसिन, आसिफ, मोहम्मद मोहसिन, वसीम अली, फरहाद मोहम्मद शेख उर्फ बबला, मोहम्मद जावेद, मुस्लिम मोहम्मद के खिलाफ चालान पेश किया था।
एनआईए की विशेष अदालत ने 9 फरवरी 2023 को हत्या, आतंकी गतिविधियों, आपराधिक षड्यंत्र सहित गैरकानूनी गतिविधियां (रोकथाम) अधिनियम (UAPA) और आर्म्स एक्ट में प्रसंज्ञान लिया था।

Jaipur, @MaruSangramnews. Three years are being completed in the case of Kanhaiyalal tailor’s murder by slitting his throat in Udaipur. Former CM Ashok Gehlot has raised questions on the culprits of the murder not getting punishment till now and even the witnesses of this case not giving statements.
Gehlot wrote on X- BJP did a lot of politics on the Kanhaiyalal murder case of Udaipur and made it the main issue of Rajasthan elections. NIA took over this case on the night of the incident itself. NIA, an agency under the BJP’s central government, has this case, but even after three years of the case, the culprits have not been punished in a case of such a clear nature.
Case is pending in NIA court, no date has been fixed for the last six months
Gehlot wrote- Kanhaiyalal’s family has told that this case is not being run on fast track. This case is pending in NIA court Jaipur. The additional charge of NIA court was with the judge of CBI court, who has been transferred. Due to this the case is not being heard. No date has been fixed in the case for the last six months. Earlier only the statements of witnesses were going on. But the statements of three main witnesses have not been recorded yet. Out of the accused arrested in this case, two have got bail so far.
50 lakh compensation to Kanhaiyalal’s family, government jobs to both sons
Gehlot wrote- This month Kanhaiyalal murder case will complete three years. Rajasthan Police had arrested the criminals in just 4 hours. Kanhaiyalal’s family was given Rs 50 lakh compensation and both his sons were given government jobs. BJP spread rumours among the public that only 5 lakh rupees were given as compensation and did politics of five lakhs, fifty lakhs.
No intention to provide justice to the victims
Gehlot wrote- If NIA had not taken this case and this case remained with Rajasthan Police, they would have been sentenced during our government’s tenure itself but it seems that BJP is only doing politics on this case. It seems that they do not have any intention to provide justice to the victims.
