नईदिल्ली, @MaruSangramnews। आरसीबी की आईपीएल में खिताबी जीत के जश्न के दौरान बुधवार को बंगलुरू के एम चिन्नास्वामी स्टेडियम के बाहर हुई भगदड़ मामले की जांच आपराधिक जांच विभाग (सीआईडी) को सौंप दी गई है।
कर्नाटक सरकार ने गुरुवार को हाई कोर्ट में बताया कि घटना की सशक्त जांच सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सीआईडी के अंतर्गत एक विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) का गठन किया जाएगा।
कर्नाटक हाई कोर्ट को सौंपी गई अपनी स्टेटस रिपोर्ट में राज्य सरकार ने बताया कि कब्बन पार्क पुलिस स्टेशन में रॉयल चैंलेंजर्स बंगलुरु (आरसीबी), डीएनए इवेंट मैनेजमेंट कंपनी और कर्नाटक क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की है। इन पर विक्ट्री परेड के दौरान आपराधिक लापरवाही का आरोप लगाया गया है। एफआईआर को अब सीआईडी को सौंप दिया गया है और आगे की जांच के लिए एसआईटी बनाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
सरकार ने भगदड़ की मजिस्ट्रेट जांच की भी घोषणा की है। यह जांच बंगलौर सिटी जिला के डिप्टी कमिश्नर और जिला मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा 15 दिनों के भीतर की जाएगी, ताकि भगदड़ के कारणों की जांच की जा सके और जवाबदेही तय की जा सके। राज्य सरकार की हाई कोर्ट में दी गई रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, स्टेडियम के पास 2.5 लाख से ज्यादा लोग जमा हुए थे।
बंगलुरू सिटी पुलिस के 1,380 कर्मियों और 13 केएसआरपी प्लाटून (325 कर्मियों) की व्यापक व्यवस्था के बावजूद भीड़ के कारण कई गेटों पर भगदड़ मच गई, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप 11 लोगों की मौत हो गई और 56 लोग घायल हो गए। घायलों को तुरंत चिकित्सा सहायता प्रदान की गई, जिनमें से 50 को ओपीडी में इलाज के बाद घर भेज दिया गया है और छह लोगों का अब भी उपचार चल रहा है। हाई कोर्ट ने मामले का स्वत: संज्ञान लिया है।

New Delhi, @MaruSangramnews. The investigation of the stampede case that took place outside the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on Wednesday during the celebration of RCB’s IPL title win has been handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
The Karnataka government told the High Court on Thursday that a Special Investigation Team (SIT) will be formed under the CID to ensure a strong investigation of the incident.
In its status report submitted to the Karnataka High Court, the state government said that an FIR has been registered against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), DNA Event Management Company and Karnataka Cricket Association at the Cubbon Park Police Station. They have been accused of criminal negligence during the victory parade. The FIR has now been handed over to the CID and instructions have been given to form an SIT for further investigation.
The government has also announced a magisterial probe into the stampede. The probe will be conducted by the Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate of Bangalore City District within 15 days to investigate the causes of the stampede and fix accountability. According to the state government’s report to the High Court, more than 2.5 lakh people had gathered near the stadium.
Despite elaborate arrangements by 1,380 personnel of the Bangalore City Police and 13 KSRP platoons (325 personnel), the crowd led to a stampede at several gates, resulting in 11 deaths and 56 injuries. The injured were immediately provided medical aid, of which 50 were sent home after treatment in the OPD and six are still undergoing treatment. The High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of the matter.
