बीकानेर: पुरानी गिन्नाणी में दो परिवारों में झगड़ा, मामला पहुंचा थाने, देखें सीसीटीवी वीडियो….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। मकान निर्माण को लेकर मारपीट करने का मामला सामने आया है। मामला सदर पुलिस थाना क्षेत्र के पुरानी गिन्नाणी का है। इस संबंध में बागवानों का मौहल्ला पुरानी गिन्नाणी क्षेत्र निवासी दुर्गा वति तंवर पत्नी अमिताभ तंवर ने सदर पुलिस थाने में मामला दर्ज कराया। घटना 12 मई की है। जिसका सीसीटीवी वीडियो भी सामने आया है।
परिवादिया ने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि घर के निर्माण कार्य पर उसके ससुर खडग़सिंह पानी छिड़काव कर रहे थे। इस दौरान महावीर सोलंकी आया और रोले करने लगा। इतने में महावीर सोलंकी की आवाज सुनकर घर के अंदर पहले से तैयार बैठे व्यक्ति एकराय होकर आये, जिनके हाथों में सरिये, लाठियां व पाईप थे।
आरोप है कि इस दौरान चांदरतन सोलंकी, नवलकिशोर, राहुल, कपिल, गौरव, छोटा देवी, शोभा सोलंकी, लीला देवी, मनीला, दीपिका, चांदरतन की बहन, मेघराज सोलंकी, मेघराज की पत्नी व दो-तीन अन्य ने परिवादिया के ससुर व भाई के साथ मारपीट की।
आरोप है कि आरोपियों ने परिवादिया के भाई व ससुर को जान से मारने की नीयत से सरिये व लाठियों से मारी।
इस दौरान परिवादिया की सास विजयलक्ष्मी व नणद शोर सुनकर बाहर आई और बीच बचाव करना चाहा तो आरोपियों ने उनके साथ भी मारपीट की। इस दौरान आरोपियों ने लाठी, सरियों, पाईप व ईंट से वार किये।
आरोप है इस दौरान हाथ पकड़ बदतमीजी भी की तथा गले में पहनी चेन व मंगलसूत्र तोड़ लिया। परिवादिया का आरोप है कि आरोपियों ने हमारे घर की नवनिर्माण दीवार को भी गिरा दिया। बचने के लिए किराये के घर के अंदर घुसे तो आरोपी पीछे पीछे अंदर घुस गए और मारपीट की।
आरोप है कि राहुल सोलंकी ने परिवादिया को बाल पकड़कर घसीटते हुए बाहर लाया और मारपीट करते हुए बदतमीजी की। जब मौहल्ले के लोग इक हुआ तो आरोपी मौके से भाग गए।
आरोप है कि जाते समय आरोपियों ने धमकी दी कि यहां से घर छोड़ चले जाओ, नहीं तो तुम्हे जान से मारे बगैर नहीं छोड़ेंगे।
परिवादिया की रिपोर्ट पर पुलिस ने आरोपी नवलकिशोर सोलंकी, राहुल सोलंकी, कपिल सोलंकी, गौरव सोलंकी, मेघराज सोलंकी, छोटा देवी, शोभा, लीला देवी, मनीला, दीपिका व एक अज्ञात के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया।

The complainant told in the report that her father-in-law Khadg Singh was sprinkling water on the construction work of the house. During this time Mahavir Solanki came and started wailing. Meanwhile, on hearing Mahavir Solanki’s voice, the people sitting inside the house ready came together, who had iron rods, sticks and pipes in their hands.
It is alleged that during this time Chandratan Solanki, Navalkishore, Rahul, Kapil, Gaurav, Chhota Devi, Shobha Solanki, Leela Devi, Manila, Deepika, Chandratan’s sister, Meghraj Solanki, Meghraj’s wife and two-three others assaulted the complainant’s father-in-law and brother.
It is alleged that the accused hit the complainant’s brother and father-in-law with iron rods and sticks with the intention of killing them.
During this time, the complainant’s mother-in-law Vijaylakshmi and sister-in-law came out after hearing the noise and tried to intervene, then the accused also assaulted them. During this time, the accused attacked with sticks, iron rods, pipes and bricks.
It is alleged that during this time, they also misbehaved by holding her hand and broke the chain and mangalsutra worn around her neck. The complainant alleges that the accused also brought down the newly constructed wall of our house. When we entered the rented house to save ourselves, the accused followed us inside and assaulted us.
It is alleged that Rahul Solanki dragged the complainant out by her hair and beat her and misbehaved with her. When the people of the locality gathered, the accused fled from the spot.
It is alleged that while leaving, the accused threatened her to leave the house or else they will not leave her without killing her.
On the complaint of the complainant, the police registered a case against the accused Nawalkishor Solanki, Rahul Solanki, Kapil Solanki, Gaurav Solanki, Meghraj Solanki, Chhota Devi, Shobha, Leela Devi, Manila, Deepika and an unknown person.
