बीकानेर, @MaruSangram । पांचू थाना क्षेत्र में 5 अगस्त को कैश वैन से 51 लाख रुपए की लूट का पुलिस ने पर्दाफाश कर दिया है। वारदात की साजिश किसी बाहरी व्यक्ति ने नहीं, बल्कि कैश वैन में तैनात कस्टोडियन ने ही अपने साथियों के साथ मिलकर रची थी।
पुलिस ने कस्टोडियन सहित दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। अब लूटी गई रकम की बरामदगी के साथ वारदात में शामिल अन्य आरोपियों, हथियार और कैंपर वाहन की तलाश की जा रही है।
वृत्ताधिकारी जरनेल सिंह के अनुसार, सीएमएस इंफो सिस्टम लिमिटेड, बीकानेर में कस्टोडियन के पद पर कार्यरत विक्रमसिंह राजपूत निवासी चरकड़ा, हाल बाबा छोटूनाथ कॉलोनी, नोखा ने अपने साथी श्यामसुन्दर निवासी स्वरूपसर, पांचू और दो अन्य लोगों के साथ लूट की साजिश रची।
दूसरे रास्ते से ले जाई गई कैश वैन*
विक्रमसिंह की जिम्मेदारी बैंक से नकदी लेकर नोखा के एटीएम में कैश लोड करने की थी। लेकिन वारदात वाले दिन उसने कैश से भरी वैन को उसके निर्धारित रास्ते के बजाय जानबूझकर नोखा से सारुण्डा की ओर मोड़ दिया। पुलिस जांच में सामने आया कि आरोपियों ने वारदात की पहले से योजना बना रखी थी
रकम आपस में बांटने की थी योजना
तय योजना के अनुसार सारुण्डा रोड पर कैश वैन को रोककर कर्मचारियों को हथियारों के बल पर डराया जाना था। इसके बाद कस्टोडियन विक्रमसिंह को कैश वैन का लॉक खोलकर कैश बॉक्स निकालने में मदद करनी थी। लूट के बाद रकम को आपस में बांटने की योजना थी।
कैंपर से आए बदमाश, चालक पर तानी पिस्तौल
5 अगस्त को कैश वैन नोखा से सारुण्डा की ओर रवाना हुई। नोखा से करीब 5-7 किलोमीटर आगे पीछे से बिना नंबर प्लेट की कैंपर आई। उसमें सवार 2-3 लोगों ने उतरकर कैश वैन रुकवाई। आरोपियों ने चालक के सिर पर हथियार तान दिया और कर्मचारियों को जान से मारने की धमकी दी। इसके बाद हथियारों के बल पर कैश वैन में रखा करीब 51 लाख रुपए से भरा कैश बॉक्स लेकर फरार हो गए।
ऐसे गहराया कस्टोडियन पर शक
लूट के बाद पुलिस ने कैश वैन के रूट, घटनाक्रम और कर्मचारियों की भूमिका समेत सभी पहलुओं की जांच शुरू की। जांच में वैन का निर्धारित रूट छोड़कर सारुण्डा की तरफ जाना और कैश वैन के लॉक तक कस्टोडियन की पहुंच जैसे तथ्य महत्वपूर्ण रहे। पूछताछ और जांच में मिले सुरागों के आधार पर पुलिस का शक विक्रमसिंह पर गहराता गया। इसके बाद पुलिस ने विक्रमसिंह और उसके साथी श्यामसुन्दर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस अब दोनों से लूट की रकम की बरामदगी और वारदात में शामिल अन्य लोगों के बारे में पूछताछ कर रही है। एक अन्य आरोपी की तलाश जारी है।
ब्रांच मैनेजर ने दर्ज कराई थी रिपोर्ट
पांचू थानाधिकारी ईश्वर प्रसाद जांगिड़ के अनुसार 5 अगस्त को सीएमएस इंफो सिस्टम लिमिटेड, बीकानेर के ब्रांच मैनेजर आदित्य रावत की रिपोर्ट पर मामला दर्ज किया गया था। कंपनी विभिन्न बैंकों से नकदी लेकर एटीएम में कैश लोड करने का काम करती है।
अब पुलिस के सामने तीन बड़ी चुनौतियां
दो आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद पुलिस के सामने अब लूट की पूरी रकम बरामद करना सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है। इसके साथ वारदात में इस्तेमाल हथियार और कैंपर वाहन की बरामदगी तथा फरार आरोपियों तक पहुंचना भी पुलिस के लिए अहम है। कार्रवाई में पांचू थानाधिकारी ईश्वर प्रसाद जांगिड़, नोखा थानाधिकारी गोविंद सिंह चारण और जसरासर थानाधिकारी राकेश स्वामी मय टीम की अहम भूमिका रही।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Police have uncovered the robbery of ₹51 lakh from a cash van in the Panchu police station area on August 5th. The crime was not planned by any outsider, but by the custodian posted on the cash van along with his associates.
Police have arrested the custodian and two other accused. Along with the recovery of the looted money, a search is underway for the other accused, weapons, and camper vehicle involved in the crime.
According to Circle Officer Jarnail Singh, Vikram Singh Rajput, a resident of Charkada, currently residing in Baba Chhotunath Colony, Nokha, who works as a custodian at CMS Info System Limited, Bikaner, hatched the robbery plot with his accomplice, Shyamsunder, a resident of Swarupsar, Panchu, and two others.
Cash van diverted*
Vikram Singh was responsible for collecting cash from the bank and loading it into an ATM in Nokha. However, on the day of the incident, he deliberately diverted the cash-laden van from Nokha to Sarunda instead of its designated route. Police investigation revealed that the accused had pre-planned the crime.
The plan was to divide the money among themselves.
According to the plan, the cash van was to be stopped on Sarunda Road and the employees threatened with weapons. Custodian Vikram Singh was then to unlock the cash van and help remove the cash box. After the robbery, the plan was to divide the money among themselves.
The criminals arrived in a camper, pointed a pistol at the driver.
On August 5, the cash van departed from Nokha for Sarunda. About 5-7 kilometers from Nokha, a camper without a number plate came from behind. Two or three people got out and stopped the cash van. The accused pointed a gun at the driver’s head and threatened to kill the employees. They then fled with the cash box containing approximately 51 lakh rupees kept in the cash van at gunpoint.
This is how suspicion deepened on the custodian
Following the robbery, police began investigating all aspects of the cash van, including the route of the cash van, the events, and the role of the employees. Important factors in the investigation included the van’s departure from the designated route and heading towards Sarunda, and the custodian’s access to the cash van’s lock. Based on clues uncovered during interrogation and investigation, police suspicion deepened on Vikram Singh. Subsequently, police arrested Vikram Singh and his accomplice, Shyamsunder. Police are now questioning them about the recovery of the looted money and other individuals involved in the crime. The search for another accused is ongoing.

According to Panchu Police Station Officer Ishwar Prasad Jangid, a case was registered on August 5th based on a report by Aditya Rawat, Branch Manager of CMS Info System Limited, Bikaner. The company collects cash from various banks and loads cash into ATMs.
The police now face three major challenges.
After the arrest of two accused, the biggest challenge facing the police is recovering the entire amount of the loot. Furthermore, recovering the weapons and camper vehicle used in the crime and tracking down the absconding accused are also crucial. Panchu Police Station Officer Ishwar Prasad Jangid, Nokha Police Station Officer Govind Singh Charan, and Jasrasar Police Station Officer Rakesh Swami, along with their teams, played a key role in the operation.
