बीकानेर, @marusangramnews । कोतवाली थाना पुलिस ने हत्या के एक मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए मुख्य आरोपी को घटना के महज 5 घंटे के भीतर गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस के अनुसार, आरोपी को लगातार पीछा और पुलिस की विशेष कार्ययोजना के तहत दस्तयाब किया गया।
सड़क पर मारपीट के बाद गला दबाकर हत्या का आरोप
पुलिस के अनुसार, 20 जुलाई 2026 को युनुस अली ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी कि उसके भाई मोहम्मद साबीर के साथ सड़क पर मारपीट की गई। रिपोर्ट में आरोप लगाया गया कि आरोपियों ने तौलिया से गला दबाकर उसकी हत्या कर दी और मौके से फरार हो गए।
मामले में कोतवाली थाना पुलिस ने प्रकरण संख्या 76/2026 के तहत धारा 103(1) और 3(5) बीएनएस में मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की।
5 घंटे में आरोपी पुलिस की गिरफ्त में
मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए पुलिस अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में थाना स्तर पर विशेष टीम का गठन किया गया। टीम ने लगातार प्रयास करते हुए वांछित आरोपी मोहम्मद हुसैन उर्फ बाबू को घटना के तुरंत बाद दस्तयाब कर लिया।
पुलिस के अनुसार, अनुसंधान के दौरान अपराध प्रमाणित पाए जाने पर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। आरोपी से हत्या की घटना के संबंध में विस्तृत पूछताछ और अनुसंधान जारी है।
गिरफ्तार आरोपी की पहचान
पुलिस के अनुसार गिरफ्तार आरोपी की पहचान मोहम्मद हुसैन उर्फ बाबू, पुत्र गनी मोहम्मद छिम्पा, उम्र 39 वर्ष, निवासी लक्ष्मीनाथजी घाटी रोड, पानी की टंकी के सामने, बीकानेर के रूप में हुई है।
पुलिस टीम ने निभाई महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका
इस कार्रवाई में कोतवाली थाना पुलिस की टीम ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। कार्रवाई में थाना प्रभारी सविता डाल सहित पुलिसकर्मी शामिल रहे। पुलिस टीम के सदस्यों ने लगातार प्रयास कर आरोपी को जल्द गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता हासिल की।
पुलिस के अनुसार, मामले में आगे की जांच जारी है और घटना से जुड़े अन्य पहलुओं की भी जांच की जा रही है।

According to police, on July 20, 2026, Yunus Ali filed a report alleging that his brother, Mohammad Sabir, was assaulted on the street. The report alleged that the accused strangled him to death with a towel and fled the scene.
In this case, Kotwali police station registered a case under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the IPC under Case No. 76/2026 and began investigation.
Accused apprehended within five hours
Given the seriousness of the case, a special team was formed at the station level under the direction of police officers. Through persistent efforts, the team apprehended the wanted accused, Mohammad Hussain alias Babu, immediately after the incident.
According to the police, the accused was arrested after the crime was proven during the investigation. Detailed interrogation and investigation into the murder is ongoing.
Identification of the Arrested Accused
According to the police, the arrested accused has been identified as Mohammad Hussain alias Babu, son of Ghani Mohammad Chimpa, age 39, resident of Laxminathji Ghati Road, opposite the water tank, Bikaner.
