31 मई तक अपलोड हो सकेंगे सहकारी समितियों के ऑडिट प्रस्ताव….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिले में सहकारी समितियों द्वारा वित्तीय वर्ष 2024 के लिए ऑडिट हेतु प्रस्ताव अपलोड करने की अंतिम तिथि 31 मई निर्धारित की गई है।
संयुक्त मुख्य अंकेक्षण (जनरल) अधिकारी पवन सिंह बाजिया ने बताया कि राजस्थान सहकारी सोसायटी नियम 2003 के नियम 73 (4) के प्रावधानुसार प्रत्येक सहकारी सोसायटी को आगामी वित्तीय वर्ष के मई माह के अन्त यथा 31 मई तक प्रत्येक वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए अन्तिम लेखों की लेखा परीक्षा के लिए किसी लेखा परीक्षक या लेखा परीक्षा फर्म को नियुक्त करना होगा तथा ऐसी नियुक्ति के संबंध में रजिस्ट्रार को सूचित किया जाए।
उन्होंने बताया कि अंतिम तिथि के पश्चात सहकारी समितियों द्वारा ऑडिट के लिए प्रस्ताव स्वीकार नहीं किये जाएंगे। साथ ही इन प्रस्तावों को आनलाईन अपलोड करना भी अनिवार्य है।

Audit proposals of cooperative societies can be uploaded till 31st May….
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The last date for uploading proposals for audit for the financial year 2024 by cooperative societies in the district has been fixed as 31st May.
Joint Chief Audit (General) Officer Pawan Singh Bajia said that as per the provision of Rule 73 (4) of Rajasthan Cooperative Societies Rules 2003, every cooperative society will have to appoint an auditor or audit firm for audit of the final accounts for each financial year by the end of May of the next financial year i.e. 31st May and the Registrar should be informed about such appointment.
He said that proposals for audit by cooperative societies will not be accepted after the last date. Also, it is mandatory to upload these proposals online.
