19 नवंबर रात 10 बजे से 21 नवंबर प्रातः 10 बजे तक रहेगा प्रतिबंध

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला मजिस्ट्रेट भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 144 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिले के संपूर्ण (नगरी और ग्रामीण) क्षेत्र में बिना किसी सक्षम स्वीकृति और सहमति के किसी भी प्रकार के यूएवी , ड्रोन कैमरा, हॉट एयर बैलून इत्यादि उड़ाने पर प्रतिबंध हेतु निषेधाज्ञा  लागू की है।

इस संबंध में जारी आदेशानुसार प्रधानमंत्री की प्रस्तावित बीकानेर यात्रा के मध्यनजर कानून व्यवस्था और लोक शांति बनाए रखने के लिए यह निरोधात्मक कार्यवाही की गई है। 

यह आदेश 19 नवंबर रात 10 बजे से 21 नवंबर प्रातः 10 बजे तक जिले के संपूर्ण सीमा क्षेत्र (नगरीय और ग्रामीण) में प्रभावी रहेगा।

इस आदेश की पालना करने और अवहेलना नहीं करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। यदि कोई व्यक्ति इन आदेशों का उल्लंघन करते पाया गया तो उसके विरुद्ध भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 188 के तहत अभियोजन की कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. District Magistrate Bhagwati Prasad Kalal, exercising the powers conferred under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, has banned any type of UAV, drone camera, hot air balloon in the entire (urban and rural) area of ​​the district without any competent approval and consent. Prohibitory orders have been imposed to ban flying etc.

As per the order issued in this regard, this preventive action has been taken to maintain law and order and public peace in view of the Prime Minister’s proposed visit to Bikaner.

This order will be effective in the entire border area (urban and rural) of the district from 10 pm on November 19 to 10 am on November 21.

Instructions have been given to follow this order and not disobey it. If any person is found violating these orders, then prosecution action will be taken against him under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
