मॉनिटरिंग की एकीकृत निगरानी व्यवस्था की सराहना की

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। विधानसभा आम चुनाव 2023 के लिए बीकानेर पूर्व तथा पश्चिम विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लिए नियुक्त सामान्य पर्यवेक्षक राहुल जैन ने बुधवार को रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों और संबंधित पुलिस प्रशासन के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर व्यवस्थाओं की जानकारी ली।

इस अवसर पर जैन ने कहा कि‌ सफल लोकतंत्र का आधार चुनाव है। प्रत्येक मतदान कार्मिक जिस भी स्तर पर काम कर रहे हो, वहां सभी का आचरण निष्पक्ष रहे यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

उन्होंने पुलिस नियंत्रण कक्ष और एकीकृत नियंत्रण कंट्रोल रूम से की जा रही विभिन्न गतिविधियों और एजेंसियों के निगरानी के कार्य की सराहना की । उन्होंने कहा कि निर्वाचन आयोग का उद्देश्य निष्पक्ष चुनाव संपादित कराना है।

मतदान केंद्रों का किया निरीक्षण
सामान्य पर्यवेक्षक ने इससे पहले बीकानेर पूर्व विधानसभा तथा पश्चिम विधानसभा क्षेत्र में विभिन्न मतदान केंद्रों का निरीक्षण किया और कहा कि मतदान केंद्रों के भवन इत्यादि पर स्पष्ट रूप से समस्त नाम व निर्धारित जानकारी अंकित रहें। ऐसे भवन जहां एक से अधिक मतदान केंद्र है वहां समुचित साइनेज लगें।

बैठक में विधानसभा क्षेत्र बीकानेर पश्चिम के रिटर्निंग अधिकारी जगदीश प्रसाद गौड़ ने विस्तार से जानकारी दी।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. General Observer Rahul Jain, appointed for Bikaner East and West assembly constituencies for the Assembly General Elections 2023, held a meeting with the returning officers and officials of the concerned police administration on Wednesday to inquire about the arrangements.

On this occasion, Jain said that elections are the basis of successful democracy. At whatever level each polling personnel is working, it should be ensured that the conduct of all is fair.

He appreciated the monitoring work of various activities and agencies being done by the Police Control Room and Integrated Control Room. He said that the objective of the Election Commission is to conduct fair elections.

Earlier, the General Observer inspected various polling stations in Bikaner East Assembly and West Assembly constituencies and said that all the names and prescribed information should be clearly marked on the buildings etc. of the polling stations. Appropriate signage should be installed in buildings where there is more than one polling station.

In the meeting, Returning Officer of Bikaner West Assembly Constituency Jagdish Prasad Gaur gave detailed information.
