बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। विधानसभा आम चुनाव 2023 के तहत पुलिस, प्रशासन के द्वारा की जा रही संयुक्त कार्रवाइयों में अब तक जिले के विभिन्न विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में 5 करोड़ 78 लाख रुपए कीमत की नकद व अन्य सामग्री जब्त की गई है।
जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने सोमवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में प्रेस वार्ता में यह जानकारी दी।
उन्होंने कहा कि निष्पक्ष, निर्भीक और पारदर्शी चुनाव संपादित करने के लिए प्रशासन और पुलिस अतिरिक्त समन्वय के साथ काम कर रहे है। गत विधानसभा चुनाव की तुलना में जिले में अब तक तीन गुना से अधिक सीजर कार्रवाई की जा चुकी है।
27अक्टूबर तक जोड़े जा सकेंगे नाम
जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी भगवती प्रसाद ने बताया कि 27 अक्टूबर नाम जोड़ने की अंतिम तिथि है।
उन्होंने मतदाताओं से वोटर लिस्ट में अपना नाम जांचने के लिए वी एच ए एप इंस्टाल करने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि इस एप के जरिए मतदाता अपना वोटर आईडी नंबर इंद्राज कर वर्तमान वोटर लिस्ट में अपने नाम की जांच कर सकते हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि मतदान के दिन किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा से बचने के लिए सभी मतदाता अपने नाम की वर्तमान स्थिति के संबंध में इस एप के जरिए मतदाता सूची में जांच कर लें।
उन्होंने कहा कि मत देने के लिए लेटेस्ट मतदाता सूची में मतदाता का नाम होना अनिवार्य है। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने सी विजिल एप, 1950 , एकीकृत नियंत्रण कक्ष सहित विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं की विस्तार से जानकारी दी।
जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने सोशल मीडिया, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया और प्रिंट मीडिया के प्रतिनिधियों से आदर्श आचार संहिता की अनुपालना सुनिश्चित करवाने में सहयोग करने की अपील करते हुए संबंधित प्रावधानों के बारे में जानकारी साझा की।
उन्होंने बताया कि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया पर प्रसारित होने वाले प्रत्येक प्रकार के राजनीतिक विज्ञापन को प्रसारण से पूर्व अधिप्रमाणित करवाना होगा। मीडिया संबंधित अभ्यर्थी या व्यक्ति से पूर्व अधिप्रमाणन की प्रति प्राप्त करें।
उन्होंने मीडिया सर्टिफिकेशन एंड मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी (एमसीएमसी) के बारे में भी बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय द्वारा पेड न्यूज के संबंध में भी बारीकी से निगरानी की जा रही है।
प्रेस को संबोधित करते हुए पुलिस अधीक्षक तेजस्विनी गौतम ने बताया कि पुलिस की टीमें आबकारी, बीएसएफ, आरटीओ, वन विभाग के साथ मिलकर किसी भी प्रकार के अवैध परिवहन पर नजर बनाए हुए हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू होने के बाद अब तक जिले के विभिन्न विधानसभा क्षेत्रों से एक करोड़ 50 लाख रुपए की नकदी जब्त की गई है। साथ ही अवैध शराब, एनडीपीएस , आर्म्स सहित अन्य जब्ती भी की गई है।
उन्होंने कहा कि विधानसभा आम चुनाव शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से संपन्न हो और मतदाता बिना किसी प्रभाव के अपने मताधिकार का निर्भीक होकर मताधिकार का प्रयोग करें इसके लिए अतिरिक्त सतर्कता के साथ कार्य किया जा रहा है। इस अवसर पर उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी प्रतिभा देवठिया भी उपस्थित रहीं।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. In the joint actions being taken by the police and administration under the Assembly General Elections 2023, till now cash and other materials worth Rs 5 crore 78 lakh have been seized in various assembly constituencies of the district.
The District Election Officer gave this information in a press conference in the Collectorate Auditorium on Monday.
He said that the administration and police are working with extra coordination to conduct fair, bold and transparent elections. In comparison to the last assembly elections, more than three times the seizure action has been taken in the district so far.
Names can be added till 27th October
District Election Officer Bhagwati Prasad said that October 27 is the last date for adding names.
He appealed to the voters to install VHA app to check their name in the voter list. He said that through this app, voters can check their name in the current voter list by entering their voter ID number.
He said that to avoid any kind of inconvenience on the day of voting, all voters should check the current status of their name in the voter list through this app.
He said that to cast vote it is mandatory to have the voter’s name in the latest voter list. The District Election Officer gave detailed information about various arrangements including C Vigil App, 1950, Integrated Control Room.
The District Election Officer appealed to the representatives of social media, electronic media and print media to cooperate in ensuring compliance with the Model Code of Conduct and shared information about the relevant provisions.
He said that every type of political advertisement broadcast on electronic media will have to be authenticated before broadcast. Media Obtain a copy of the prior certification from the candidate or person concerned.

He also told about Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC). He said that the District Election Office is also closely monitoring the issue of paid news.
Addressing the press, Superintendent of Police Tejaswini Gautam said that police teams along with Excise, BSF, RTO, Forest Department are keeping an eye on any type of illegal transportation.
He said that after the implementation of the Model Code of Conduct, till now cash worth Rs 1 crore 50 lakh has been seized from various assembly constituencies of the district. Besides, illegal liquor, NDPS, arms and other seizures have also been made.
He said that work is being done with extra vigilance to ensure that the Assembly general elections are conducted peacefully and voters exercise their franchise fearlessly without any influence. Deputy District Election Officer Pratibha Deothia was also present on this occasion.
