किराए के मकान में रहने वाले दो युवकों व उनके साथी के साथ मारपीट व फायरिंग के मामला…..

हनुमानगढ़, @MaruSangram। जंक्शन पुलिस ने सूरतगढ़ मार्ग पर स्थित एचके टावर में किराए के मकान में रहने वाले दो युवकों और उनके एक साथी के साथ मारपीट व फायरिंग के मामले में गिरफ्तार साजिशकर्ता को भी शनिवार को कोर्ट ने न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में जेल भिजवा दिया। इस मामले में पांच और आरोपियों की तलाश है।

जांच अधिकारी सीओ अरविन्द बेरड़ ने बताया कि इस मामले में गिरफ्तार आरोपी सुधीर उर्फ धीरू बलिहारा निवासी सतीपुरा, हैप्पी दहिया निवासी चिश्तियां, रमेश शर्मा निवासी साधुवाली, श्रीगंगानगर और दिनेश कुमार उर्फ मैंडी निवासी किशनपुरा दिखनादा को शुक्रवार को कोर्ट में पेश कर न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में जेल भिजवा दिया था।

मुख्य आरोपी राहुल पूनिया निवासी ढाणी रोही जोड़कियां-चिश्तियां को कोर्ट ने न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में जेल भिजवा दिया। इस मामले में पांच आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी शेष है। उनकी धरपकड़ के लिए छिपने के संभावित स्थानों पर पुलिस टीमों की ओर से छापेमारी की जा रही है।

जांच अधिकारी के अनुसार पूछताछ में छात्र संघ चुनावों के समय वोटों को लेकर हुई मारपीट की घटना की पुरानी रंजिश को लेकर मारपीट व फायरिंग करने की बात सामने आई है। छात्र संघ चुनावों के समय हुए विवाद को लेकर भी प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध है।

आरोपियों की निशानदेही पर वारदात में इस्तेमाल एक अल्टो कार के अलावा वारदात के बाद भागने में प्रयुक्त स्कॉर्पियो गाड़ी जब्त की गई है।

सीओ बेरड़ के अनुसार फायरिंग में इस्तेमाल पिस्टल की बरामदगी शेष है। गिरफ्तार आरोपियों ने फरार चल रहे एक आरोपी के पास पिस्टल होने की जानकारी दी है। इसके लिए शेष आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

गौरतलब है कि नवदीप सिंह (20) पुत्र सुखप्रीत सिंह निवासी वार्ड 3, गांव जोड़कियां ने दो सितम्बर को पर्चा बयान के आधार पर मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया था कि वह बीए फाइनल में पढ़ाई करता है। उसका दोस्त समीर खान व प्रदीप जंक्शन में सूरतगढ़ रोड पर बचनी देवी हॉस्पिटल के सामने स्थित एचके टावर की तीसरी मंजिल पर किराए पर रहते हैं। वह दो सितम्बर को अपराह्न करीब 3 बजे समीर के पास एचके टावर में कमरे पर मिलने के लिए आया था।

वह, समीर व प्रदीप तीनों कमरे में बैठे थे। तभी राज चौधरी निवासी श्रीगंगानगर, राहुल पूनिया निवासी जोड़कियां ढाणी, हैप्पी दहिया निवासी चिश्तियां व करीब 8-10 अन्य लडक़े कमरे में आए। आते ही उसे पूछा कि क्या नवदीप धारीवाला का कमरा यही है। तब उसने उन्हें मना कर दिया। इस पर यह सब कमरे से बाहर चले गए। उसके तुरन्त बाद वापस कमरे में आए। इनमें दो जनों के पास पिस्टल व अन्य के पास तलवार, लाठियां व डण्डे थे। इनमें से एक ने कहा कि नवदीप तो नहीं है मगर समीर यहीं है। इतने में सभी ने लाठी-डण्डों से उससे, समीर व प्रदीप के साथ मारपीट शुरू कर दी।

विरोध किया तो राज चौधरी ने उसकी तरफ पिस्टल से फायर किया। गोली उसके बाएं हाथ में लगी। दूसरे लड़के ने समीर खान को जान से मारने के लिए पिस्टल से फायर किया, जो समीर के पैरों में लगा।

फायर सुनकर काफी लोग आ गए। तब हमलावर कार व बाइक पर सवार होकर भाग गए। फिर उसने हरप्रीत सिंह व गुरप्रीत सिंह को फोन पर सूचना दी। गुरप्रीत सिंह व हरप्रीत सिंह ने उन तीनों को राजकीय जिला चिकित्सालय में भर्ती करवाया।

पुलिस ने रिपोर्ट के आधार पर हत्या प्रयास व आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की।
