जिला कलेक्टर ने साप्ताहिक बैठक में दिए निर्देश

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शहरी क्षेत्र में बसों के ठहराव के प्वाइंट निर्धारित करने के लिए पांच विभागों के अधिकारी ज्वाइंट रिपोर्ट तैयार करेंगे। इस दौरान यात्रियों की सुविधा और यातायात व्यवस्था का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाएगा।

जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने सोमवार को आयोजित साप्ताहिक समीक्षा बैठक में यह निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि श्रीगंगानगर रोड, म्यूजियम सर्किल, पीबीएम अस्पताल और अन्य स्थानों पर निजी बसों के ठहराव की स्थिति का अध्ययन किया जाएगा। इसके लिए सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग, नगर निगम, यूआईटी, यातायात पुलिस और परिवहन विभाग के अधिकारी ज्वाइंट सर्वे करेंगे।

इस टीम द्वारा बसों के विभिन्न स्थानों पर होने वाले ठहराव के सकारात्मक और नकारात्मक बिंदुओं की जांच की जाएगी और बसों के ठहराव के लिए स्थानों का निर्धारण किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने मुख्य मार्गों पर साफ सफाई और सर्कल्स के सौंदर्यकरण कार्य की समीक्षा भी की। उन्होंने कहा कि मार्गों पर गंदगी नहीं रहे, यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

राजस्थान मिशन 2030 के तहत आयोजित हों बैठकें
जिला कलेक्टर ने राजस्थान मिशन 2030 के अन्तर्गत परामर्श बैठकों का आयोजन करने और इस दौरान प्राप्त सुझावों को विभागों को भिजवाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि यह राज्य सरकार का महत्वपूर्ण अभियान है। इसके क्रियान्वयन में किसी प्रकार की शिथिलता नहीं बरती जाए।

जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि छात्र प्रतिशत आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में रखरखाव का कार्य कर लिया जाए। नगर निगम द्वारा लाल की सफाई का नियमित अभियान चलाया जाए। साथ ही विद्युत पोल पर नंबरिंग सुनिश्चित की जाए।

उन्होंने कहा कि यह कार्य समयबद्ध नहीं होने की स्थिति में अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी तय की जाएगी। जिला कलेक्टर ने बकाया कृषि कनेक्शन, आंगनबाड़ी एवं सरकारी स्कूलों के बकाया विद्युत कनेक्शन शीघ्र करने के निर्देश दिए।

प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड एवं नगर निगम को सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक की जब्ती की कार्यवाही नियमित रूप से करने के लिए निर्देशित किया और कहा कि बाहरी क्षेत्रों से आने वाली बसों का भी निरीक्षण किया जाए। वन विभाग को अवैध खनन की रोकथाम के लिए प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने बजट घोषणाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की।

इस दौरान अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर (नगर) जगदीश प्रसाद गौड़, मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार, सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग के अधीक्षण अभियंता मुकेश गुप्ता, विद्युत निगम के अधीक्षण अभियंता राजेंद्र सिंह मीणा सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Officers of five departments will prepare a joint report to determine the stopping points of buses in urban areas. During this, special care will be taken for the convenience and traffic arrangements of the passengers.

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal gave these instructions in the weekly review meeting held on Monday.

He said that the status of stoppage of private buses at Sriganganagar Road, Museum Circle, PBM Hospital and other places would be studied. For this, officers of Public Works Department, Municipal Corporation, UIT, Traffic Police and Transport Department will conduct a joint survey.

This team will examine the positive and negative points of the buses stopping at different places and will decide the places for stopping the buses.

He also reviewed the cleanliness work on main roads and beautification work of circles. He said that it should be ensured that there is no dirt on the roads.

Meetings should be organized under Rajasthan Mission 2030
The District Collector instructed to organize consultation meetings under Rajasthan Mission 2030 and to send the suggestions received during this to the departments. He said that this is an important campaign of the state government. There should be no laxity in its implementation.

The District Collector said that maintenance work should be done in the student-centred Anganwadi centers. The Municipal Corporation should run a regular campaign to clean the Lal. Also, numbering should be ensured on electric poles.

He said that in case this work is not time bound, the responsibility of the officers will be fixed. The District Collector instructed to expedite the outstanding agriculture connections, outstanding electricity connections of Anganwadi and government schools.

Instructed the Pollution Control Board and the Municipal Corporation to regularly carry out the process of confiscation of single use plastic and said that the buses coming from outside areas should also be inspected. Instructed the Forest Department to do effective monitoring to prevent illegal mining. He reviewed the progress of budget announcements.

During this, Additional District Collector (City) Jagdish Prasad Gaur, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar, Superintending Engineer of Public Works Department Mukesh Gupta, Superintending Engineer of Electricity Corporation Rajendra Singh Meena and officials of various departments were present.
