बिना पूर्व अनुमति मुख्यालय छोड़ा तो आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम की धाराओं के तहत होगी सख्त कार्यवाही…..

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। मौसम विभाग द्वारा जारी गाइडलाइन के अनुसार जिले में चक्रवाती तूफ़ान बिपरजॉय के कारण तेज आंधी तूफान एवं भारी वर्षा की चेतावनी के मद्देनजर सभी जिला और ब्लॉक स्तरीय अधिकारियों को आगामी 3 दिनों तक अपने मुख्यालय पर ही रहकर अतिरिक्त सतर्कता बरतने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

जिला कलेक्टर और जिला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष भगवती प्रसाद कलाल द्वारा जारी आदेश के अनुसार जिला और ब्लॉक स्तर के सभी अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि अगले 3 दिनों के दौरान जिला कलेक्टर की पूर्व अनुमति के बिना मुख्यालय नहीं छोड़ेंगे।

पंचायत स्तरीय कार्मिक अति आवश्यक परिस्थिति में अपने ब्लॉक स्तरीय अधिकारी की पूर्व अनुमति के बिना किसी भी सूरत में मुख्यालय नहीं छोड़ेंगे।

यदि इन निर्देशों की अवहेलना की जाती है, तो आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 की सुसंगत धाराओं के तहत दोषी अधिकारी/कार्मिक के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी।

If you leave the headquarters without prior permission, strict action will be taken under the provisions of the Disaster Management Act.

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. According to the guidelines issued by the Meteorological Department, all the district and block level officers have been instructed to stay at their headquarters for the next 3 days and take extra vigilance in view of the warning of severe thunderstorms and heavy rains due to cyclonic storm Biparjoy in the district.

According to the order issued by District Collector and District Disaster Management Authority Chairman Bhagwati Prasad Kalal, all district and block level officers have been strictly instructed not to leave the headquarters without the prior permission of the District Collector during the next 3 days.

Panchayat level personnel will not leave the headquarters under any circumstances without the prior permission of their block level officer in urgent circumstances.

If these instructions are violated, strict action will be taken against the guilty officer/personnel under the relevant sections of the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
