सैटेलाइट और जीपीएस तकनीक से रखेंगे यूआईटी के ‘लैंड बैंक’ पर नजर

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। नगर विकास न्यास द्वारा सैटेलाइट और जीपीएस तकनीक का उपयोग करते हुए ‘लैण्ड बैंक’ का सम्पूर्ण रिकाॅर्ड अपडेट किया जाएगा। इससे न्यास की सम्पूर्ण भूमि की ऑनलाइन जानकारी न्यास अभियंताओं के पास रहेगी और किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा इस पर अतिक्रमण किए जाने की तत्काल सूचना मिल सकेगी।
न्यास ट्रस्ट की बैठक में जिला कलक्टर और ट्रस्ट अध्यक्ष भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने यह जानकारी दी।
उन्होंने बताया कि ‘भुवनेश्वर माॅडल’ की तर्ज पर न्यास क्षेत्र की सम्पूर्ण जमीन का सर्वे आधुनिक तकनीकी से किया जाएगा। ऐसा होने के बाद यदि भूमाफियाओं द्वारा किसी जमीन पर अतिक्रमण किया जाता है, तो इसकी तत्काल जानकारी मिल जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि न्यास के समस्त रिकाॅर्ड्स का डिजिटाइजेशन भी किया जाएगा। इससे न्यास के प्रत्येक डाॅक्यूमेंट संरक्षित होगा तथा संबंधित कार्मिकों की जवाबदेही भी निर्धारित की जा सकेगी।
जिला कलक्टर ने बताया कि जवाहर कला केन्द्र की तर्ज पर बीकानेर में बीकानेर कल्चरल क्लब नाम से कला संस्थान की स्थापना की जाएगी।
यह बीकानेर के कलाकारों, युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण और प्रदर्शन के लिए एक मंच मिल सकेगा। उन्होंने इसके लिए भूमि चिन्हित करने के निर्देश दिए।
बैठक में क्रिश्चियन समुदाय के ग्रेव यार्ड के लिए चकगर्बी में भूमि आवंटन के अनुमोदन, न्यास के दो मुंशियों को कनिष्ठ सहायक के पदों पर आमेलित करने, राजस्थानी भाषा सहित्य एवं संस्कृति अकादमी को निःशुल्क भूमि आवंटन का प्रस्ताव राज्य सरकार को भिजवाने, दीनदयाल सर्किल पर राजकीय भूमि का निःशुल्क आवंटन पुलिस विभाग को करने, हज हाउस के लिए भूमि आवंटन के लिए एसटीपी से राय लेने, मांड गायकी संस्थान के भूमि आवेदन के स्वीकृति के प्रस्ताव नगरीय विकास विभाग को भेजने पर चर्चा हुई।
इसी प्रकार अग्रवाल चेतना समाज समिति, श्री पीपा क्षत्रिय समाज, श्री विश्वकर्मा मंदिर एवं सत्संग भवन सम्पति प्रन्यास को भूमि आवंटित करने के संबंध में भी निर्णय लिया गया।
इसी प्रकार रांकावत देशस्थ ऋग्वेदी ब्राह्मण महासभा को गुरुकुल आश्रम के लिए निःशुल्क भूमि आवंटन तथा खत्री मोदी समाज समिति को अतिरिक्त भूमि आवंटन के प्रस्ताव राज्य सरकार को भिजवाने का निर्णय लिया गया। इसी प्रकार बीकानेर प्रेस क्लब के लिए भूमि आरक्षित करने तथा अशोक नगर में फेसिलिटी की जमीन में श्मशान के लिए भूमि आरक्षित करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
जिला कलक्टर ने पुराना जेल परिसर की भूमि के ब्लाॅक डी स्थित भूखंडों तथा रीको रोड 5 के दो स्केडर्ट प्लाॅट की नीलामी नियमानुसार प्राथमिकता से करने के निर्देश दिए। इसी प्रकार गंगाशहर में चांदमल बाग क्षेत्र में सब्जी मंडी बनाने, मुस्लिम समाज के लिए चकगर्बी में कब्रिस्तान के लिए भूमि आवंटन करवाने पर भी विचार विमर्श किया गया।
बैठक में नगर विकास न्यास सचिव यशपाल आहूजा, नगर निगम आयुक्त केसरलाल मीणा, जलदाय विभाग के अधीक्षण अभियंता राजेश पुरोहित, सावर्जनिक निर्माण विभाग के अधीक्षण अभियंता मुकेश गुप्ता, सीनियर टाउन प्लानर मनीष कुमार सहित विभिन्न अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The entire record of ‘Land Bank’ will be updated by the City Development Trust using satellite and GPS technology. Due to this, the online information of the entire land of the trust will be available with the engineers of the trust and immediate information will be received about encroachment by any person.
District Collector and Trust President Bhagwati Prasad Kalal gave this information in the meeting of Nyas Trust.
He told that on the lines of ‘Bhubaneswar Model’, the survey of the entire land of the trust area will be done with modern technology. After this happens, if any land is encroached by the land mafia, then it will be informed immediately. He told that digitization of all the records of the trust will also be done. With this every document of the trust will be protected and the accountability of the concerned personnel can also be determined.
The District Collector said that on the lines of Jawahar Kala Kendra, an art institute named Bikaner Cultural Club would be established in Bikaner.
This will provide a platform for training and performance to the artists and youth of Bikaner. He instructed to mark the land for this.
In the meeting, approval of allotment of land in Chakgarbi for the grave yard of Christian community, absorption of two munshis of the trust on the posts of junior assistants, proposal of allotment of free land to Rajasthani Bhasha Sahitya and Sanskriti Academy to be sent to the state government, official notification on Deendayal circle. Discussion was held on allotment of land free of cost to the Police Department, taking opinion from STP for allotment of land for Haj House, sending the proposal for acceptance of land application of Mand Gayaki Sansthan to the Urban Development Department.
Similarly, a decision was also taken regarding allotment of land to Aggarwal Chetna Samaj Samiti, Shri Pipa Kshatriya Samaj, Shri Vishwakarma Mandir and Satsang Bhawan Property Trust.
