48 वर्ष के पटवारी ने महिला एसडीएम को मैसेज भेजा, लिखा- मैम you are cute..love हो गया है..केस दर्ज….
जालोर, @MaruSangram। जालोर जिले के रानीवाड़े थाना क्षेत्र में एक पटवारी के खिलाफ महिला SDM ने अश्लील मैसेज भेजने की शिकायत दर्ज करवाई है।
मामला रानीवाड़ा तहसील के धामसीन गांव का है जहां एक महिला SDM ने पटवारी के विरूद्ध शिकायत दर्ज करवाई गई है।
मामले की गंभीरता समझते हुए पुलिस ने आरोपी पटवारी रमेश जाट को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। वहीं महिला SDM की शिकायत पर जिला कलेक्टर निशांत जैन ने आरोपी पटवारी को निलंबित करने के आदेश दे दिए हैं।
दरअसल धामसीन पटवारी रमेश जाट उम्र 48 वर्ष चूरू जिले का रहने वाला है। पटवारी रमेश पूर्व फौजी भी रह चुका है।
पटवारी ने महंगाई राहत शिविर के उद्घाटन के बाद महिला SDM को शिविर में शिरकत के वक्त के फोटो भेजकर वाट्सअप पर लिखा की मैम you are so sweet and beautiful I’m in love with you.. SDM ने देर रात को आए मैसेज को देखकर एक बार इसलिए इग्नोर किया कि चौधरी साहब ने खाद्दी-पीद्दी हौऊगी लेकिन पटवारी ने दूसरे दिन सुबह 11 बजे फिर रात वाले मैसेज का जवाब मांगा तो SDM ने तहसीलदार को शिकायत कर उसे पाबंद करने के लिये कहा, लेकिन चौधरी साहब ने अपने ही अधिकारी तहसीलदार को ही धमका दिया।
पटवारी ने कहा कि आप मेरे अधिकारी हो इसका मतलब आप मेरे love के बीच में आएंगे? उसके बाद चौधरी लगातार वाट्सअप पर अश्लील मैसेज भेजता रहा।
इसी से परेशान होकर शुक्रवार शाम को SDM ने आरोपी चौधरी के विरूद्ध मामला दर्ज करवाया। पुलिस ने IPC 354, SC-ST, IT Act की धारा लगाकर अग्रिम अनुसंधान कर रही है वहीं जिला कलेक्टर निशांत जैन ने पटवारी रमेश को निलंबित कर दिया हैं।
हालांकि कानूनी रूप से प्यार करने वालों की मानें तो प्यार का इजहार करना कोई गुनाह नहीं लेकिन एक बार मना करने के बाद दबाव बनाना बहुत बड़ा अपराध है।

Galore, @MaruSangram. The woman SDM has lodged a complaint against a patwari in Ranivade police station area of Jalore district for sending obscene messages.
The case pertains to Dhamsin village of Ranivada tehsil where a woman SDM has lodged a complaint against Patwari.
Realizing the seriousness of the matter, the police arrested the accused Patwari Ramesh Jat. On the other hand, on the complaint of the woman SDM, District Collector Nishant Jain has ordered the suspension of the accused Patwari.
Actually Dhamsin Patwari Ramesh Jat age 48 years is a resident of Churu district. Patwari Ramesh has also been a former soldier.
After the inauguration of the dearness relief camp, Patwari sent photos to the female SDM during the time of attending the camp and wrote on WhatsApp that ma’am you are so sweet and beautiful I’m in love with you. Ignored the bar because Chaudhary Saheb would be eating food, but the next day at 11 am, the Patwari again asked for the answer to the night’s message, then the SDM complained to the Tehsildar and asked him to ban him, but Chaudhary Saheb told his own officer Tehsildar Only threatened
Patwari said that you are my officer, that means you will come in between my love? After that, Chowdhary continued to send obscene messages on WhatsApp.
Distressed by this, the SDM got a case registered against the accused Chaudhary on Friday evening. Police is doing advance research by imposing section of IPC 354, SC-ST, IT Act while District Collector Nishant Jain has suspended Patwari Ramesh.
Although, according to those who love legally, it is not a crime to express love, but once it is refused, it is a big crime to make pressure.
