बीकानेर: महिला नर्सिंगकर्मी ने की मारपीट व निकालीं जाति सूचक गालिया, विभिन्न धाराओं में मामला दर्ज….

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। महिला नर्सिंगकर्मी द्वारा मारपीट व जाति सूचक गालिया देने का मामला सामने आया है। इस संबंध में सर्वोदय बस्ती नायकों का मौहल्ला निवासी भंवरी देवी पत्नी अमानाराम ने नर्स जय बाला पुत्री रामेश्वरलाल स्वामी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है। मामले की जांच सीओ सिटी दीपचंद सहारण कर रहे हैं।

पुलिस के अनुसार भंवर देवी ने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि वह टिफिन बनाकर टिफिन वितरण का काम करती है। कोरोना काल में विश्वकर्मा गेट के अंदर काली माता मंदिर के पास हाल नर्स सेटेलाईट हॉस्पिटल जयबाला पुत्री रामेश्वरलाल स्वामी को टिफिन दिया । जिसका 60 रुपए के हिसाब से कुल 64500 रुपए हुआ।

आरोपी है कि यह राशि नर्स ने उसे नहीं दी। इस दौरान नर्स जय बाला का ट्रांसफर सीएमएचओ ऑफिस हो गया तब परिवादिया वहां पर गई तो नर्स जय बाला ने पैसे देने से मना कर दिया व मारपीट की तथा जाति सूचक गालिया दी। पुलिस ने परिवादिया की रिपोर्ट पर आरोपिता के खिलाफ धारा 323, 341, एससी/ एसटी एक्ट में मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की।

According to the police, Bhanwar Devi told in the report that she makes tiffins and distributes tiffins. During the Corona period, near the Kali Mata Temple inside the Vishwakarma Gate, the nurse gave tiffin to Satellite Hospital Jaibala’s daughter Rameshwarlal Swami. Whose total was 64500 rupees according to 60 rupees.

It is accused that the nurse did not give him this amount. During this, nurse Jai Bala was transferred to the CMHO office, when the complainant went there, nurse Jai Bala refused to give money and assaulted her and abused caste. On the report of the complainant, the police started investigation by registering a case against the accused under section 323, 341, SC / ST Act.
