विभिन्न रियायतों की समय अवधि अब 30 सितम्बर तक; कृषि भूमि पर बने आवासीय भूखंडों को फ्री होल्ड पट्टे दिए जाएंगे

जयपुर, @MaruSangram। प्रशासन शहरों के संग अभियान को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने बड़ा फैसला किया है। अभियान में विभिन्न तरह की रियायतें अब 30 सितंबर, 2023 तक मिलेंगी। सीएम के इस फैसला का आमजन ने स्वागत किया है।

प्रशासन शहरों के संग अभियान के तहत स्टाम्प शुल्क, फ्री होल्ड पट्टे, लीज मुक्ति प्रमाण पत्र हेतु शेष लीज राशि जमा कराने, ब्याज दरों सहित अन्य प्रकरणों में छूट की समय सीमा को 30 सितंबर, 2023 तक बढ़ाया गया है। साथ ही, नगरीय क्षेत्रों और नगरपालिका सीमा क्षेत्रों के गांवों में कृषि भूमि पर बने आवासीय भूखंडों को फ्री होल्ड पट्टे जारी किए जाएंगे। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने आमजन को राहत प्रदान करने के लिए संबंधित प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी है। गहलोत के इस निर्णय से अभियान के कार्यों में सुगमता आएगी तथा आमजन को राहत मिलेगी।

प्रशासन शहरों के संग अभियान में रियायत अब 30 सितंबर तक स्टाम्प शुल्क, फ्री होल्ड पट्टे, ब्याज दरों में रियायत की मियाद बढ़ी लीज मुक्ति प्रमाण पत्र हेतु शेष लीज राशि जमा कराने की भी छूट कृषि भूमि पर बने आवासीय भूखंडों को फ्री होल्ड पट्टे जारी किए जाएंगे।

अभियान के कार्यों में सुगमता आएगी, आमजन को राहत मिलेगईनगरीय क्षेत्रों की पैरिफेरी में स्थित गांवों की आबादी के 500 मीटर की परिधि में आने वाली कृषि भूमि जिस पर 31 दिसंबर 2013 से पूर्व आवासीय निर्माण हो चुका है, ऐसी भूमि पर 300 वर्गमीटर तक के आवासीय भूखंडों के लिए 5 रुपए प्रति वर्गमीटर की प्रीमियम दर पर फ्री होल्ड पट्टे जारी किए जा सकेंगे। इसके लिए दस साल की लीज राशि एकमुश्त जमा करानी होगी। साथ ही, नगर पालिका सीमा में कृषि भूमि पर स्थित ऐसे भूखण्ड, जो पुरानी आबादी क्षेत्र के पास 2 मई, 2012 से पूर्व उपयोग होकर बिखरे हुए निर्मित भूखण्ड के रूप में विद्यमान हैं। ऐसे भूखण्डों पर 300 वर्गमीटर तक के लिए 501 रुपए एकमुश्त तथा निर्धारित प्रीमियम राशि से 10 वर्ष की एकमुश्त लीज राशि जमा कराने पर फ्री-होल्ड पट्टे जारी किए जाएंगे।

उल्लेखनीय है कि मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा वर्ष 2023-24 के बजट में प्रशासन शहरों के संग अभियान के अंतर्गत दी जा रही।

Time period of various concessions now till 30 September; Freehold lease will be given to residential plots built on agricultural land

Jaipur, @MaruSangram. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has taken a big decision regarding the campaign with the cities. Various concessions in the campaign will now be available till September 30, 2023. The general public has welcomed this decision of the CM.

Under the Campaign with Administration Cities, the time limit for exemption in other cases including stamp duty, freehold lease, depositing the remaining lease amount for lease release certificate, interest rates has been extended till September 30, 2023. Also, free hold pattas will be issued to residential plots built on agricultural land in villages in urban areas and municipal limits. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved the related proposal to provide relief to the common man. With this decision of Gehlot, there will be ease in the work of the campaign and the common people will get relief.

The work of the campaign will be easier, the common man will get relief. Agricultural land falling within 500 meters of the population of villages located in the periphery of urban areas, on which residential construction has been done before December 31, 2013, on such land residential up to 300 square meters. Free hold pattas can be issued for plots at a premium rate of Rs 5 per sqm. For this ten years lease amount will have to be deposited in lump sum. Along with this, such plots situated on agricultural land in the municipal limits, which are present in the form of scattered constructed plots near the old population area after being used before May 2, 2012. Free-hold leases will be issued on such plots up to 300 square meters on depositing Rs 501 lump sum and fixed premium amount for 10 years lump sum lease amount.

It is noteworthy that in the budget of the year 2023-24, the administration is being given by the Chief Minister under the campaign with cities.

It was announced to extend the time period of various exemptions. – Freehold lease on lump sum deposit of 10 years lease amount.
Lease will be available for residential plots up to 300 sqm.
Freehold leases have been issued at a premium rate of Rs 5 per sqm.
