8 साल की बच्ची से रेप के बाद उसके 10 टुकड़े करने के मामले में आरोपी के माता-पिता भी गिरफ्तार, लाश ठिकाने लगाने का बनाया था प्लान….
उदयपुर, @MaruSangram। जिले के मावली इलाके में 8 साल की बच्ची से रेप के बाद उसके 10 टुकड़े करने के मामले में हत्यारे कमलेश उर्फ करण सिंह के माता-पिता को भी गिरफ्तार किया है। बच्ची की हत्या के बाद उसके शव को बाहर खंडहर जगह पर ठिकाने लगाने में माता-पिता की भूमिका रही है। इसके साथ ही प्रशासन को लगातार अभियुक्त के माता-पिता गुमराह करते रहे।
मामले में लिप्त अभियुक्त करण सिंह के पिता राम सिंह व माता किशन कुंवर को गिरफ्तार किया गया। जहां उन्हें न्यायालय में पेश किया वहां उन्हें रिमांड पर भेज दिया। मामला एसटी-एससी का होने से उपाधीक्षक मामले में जांच कर रहे हैं।
डर के कारण सो भी नही पाया:
जानकारी के अनुसार बालिका की हत्या के बाद युवक के कमरे में भी बोरे में बन्द कर शव को रखा था जिससे वह रात भर सो नही पा रहा था। दो दिन में उसको नींद नही आने के कारण शक की सुई उस आ अटकी। ऐसे में पुलिस ने एक ही बार सख्ती की तो उसने पूरा मामला ही उगल दिया।
जघन्य हत्याकांड को लेकर चारों तरफ रोष व्यापत:
इधर जघन्य हत्याकांड को लेकर चारों तरफ रोष व्यापत हो गया है। कई समाज संगठनों ने ज्ञापन भी दिए और पीड़ित को न्याय तथा आरोपी को फांसी की सजा की मांग की है। सर्व समाज मे इसको लेकर काफी रोष व्याप्त है।
लोग आरोपी को फांसी की सजा देने व मृतका के परिजनों को 50 लाख की आर्थिक सहायता देने की मांग कर रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही पूरा मामला फ़ास्ट ट्रेक कोर्ट में चलाया जाए जिससे पीड़िता को जल्द न्याय मिल सके। आज भी कई संगठनों द्वारा पीड़िता के आश्रितों को न्याय दिलाने के लिए ज्ञापन दिया जायेगा।

Udaipur, @MaruSangram. The parents of the killer Kamlesh alias Karan Singh have also been arrested for raping an 8-year-old girl in Mavli area of the district and cutting her into 10 pieces. After the murder of the girl, the parents have played a role in disposing her dead body outside at the ruined place. Along with this, the administration was constantly being misled by the parents of the accused.
Father Ram Singh and mother Kishan Kunwar of accused Karan Singh involved in the case were arrested. Where he was presented in the court, he was sent on remand. Since the matter is of ST-SC, the Deputy Superintendent is probing the matter.
Couldn’t even sleep because of fear:
According to the information, after the murder of the girl, the dead body was kept in a sack in the young man’s room as well, due to which he was not able to sleep the whole night. The needle of doubt stuck in him because he could not sleep for two days. In such a situation, once the police acted strictly, then it spilled the whole matter.
Fury spread all around over the heinous murder:
Here, anger has spread everywhere due to the heinous murder. Many social organizations have also given memorandum and have demanded justice for the victim and death sentence for the accused. There is a lot of anger in the entire society regarding this.
People are demanding death sentence to the accused and financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh to the family of the deceased. Along with this, the entire case should be conducted in the fast track court so that the victim can get justice soon. Even today, memorandum will be given by many organizations to get justice to the dependents of the victim.
