निगम करेगा चांदमल बाग एसटीपी का संचालन….

जिला कलेक्टर ने दिए निर्देश

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला कलक्टर श्री भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने शुक्रवार को नगर विकास न्यास व नगर निगम के अधिकारियों की बैठक ली।

कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित बैठक के दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि चांदमल बाग क्षेत्र का सीवरेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट अब नगर निगम द्वारा संचालित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि नगर विकास न्यास द्वारा पूर्व में यह एसटीपी नगर निगम को हैंड ओवर कर दिया गया था, लेकिन निगम द्वारा इसका संचालन नहीं किया गया। इस कारण यह एसटीपी बंद रहा। उन्होंने कहा कि एसटीपी का बचा हुआ कार्य और भविष्य में इसका संचालन नगर निगम द्वारा किया जाएगा।

निगम को हैंड ओवर करने के बाद ठेकेदार द्वारा कार्य नहीं किए जाने को उन्होंने गंभीरता से लिया और कहा कि इससे एसटीपी की लागत मूल्य में वृद्धि हुई। उन्होंने कहा कि संबंधित ठेकेदार द्वारा यह राशि वसूल की जाएगी और इस लापरवाही के कारण से ब्लैक लिस्ट किया जाए।

जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि आगामी मानसून के मध्यनगर निगम एवं नगर विकास न्यास द्वारा शहरी क्षेत्र नालों की साफ-सफाई की योजना बनाते हुए इसके अनुसार कार्य किया जाए। उन्होंने इसके लिए मिशन मोड पर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि शहरी क्षेत्र में साफ-सफाई की व्यवस्था चाक-चौबंद रहे। साथ ही सभी प्रगतिरत कार्यों को समयबद्ध पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने प्रशासन शहरों के संग अभियान के तहत पट्टे बनाने की प्रगति की समीक्षा की।

इस दौरान नगर निगम आयुक्त गोपाल राम बिरडा तथा नगर विकास न्यास सचिव यशपाल आहूजा सहित दोनों विभाग के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. District Collector Mr. Bhagwati Prasad Kalal took a meeting of officials of the City Development Trust and Municipal Corporation on Friday.

During the meeting held at Collectorate Auditorium, he said that the sewerage treatment plant of Chandmal Bagh area would now be operated by the Municipal Corporation. He said that earlier this STP was handed over to the Municipal Corporation by the Municipal Development Trust, but it was not operated by the Corporation. Due to this the STP remained closed. He said that the remaining work of STP and its operation in future would be done by the Municipal Corporation.

He took serious note of non-execution of work by the contractor after handing over to the Corporation and said that this increased the cost price of the STP. He said that this amount would be recovered by the concerned contractor and he should be blacklisted for this negligence.

The District Collector said that for the coming monsoon, work should be done according to the planning of cleaning of drains in the urban areas by the Madhya Nagar Nigam and the City Development Trust. He instructed to work on mission mode for this.

He said that the system of cleanliness in the urban area should be well-rounded. Along with this, instructions were given to complete all the ongoing works in a time-bound manner. He reviewed the progress of making pattas under the campaign with the administration cities.

During this, officers of both the departments including Municipal Corporation Commissioner Gopal Ram Birda and City Development Trust Secretary Yashpal Ahuja were present.
