बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। संभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. नीरज के. पवन की पहल पर गुरुवार को पत्रकारों ने उरमूल डेयरी का शैक्षणिक भ्रमण किया।
डेयरी के प्रबंध संचालक बाबूलाल बिश्नोई ने पत्रकारों को दुग्ध पालकों से दूध प्राप्त होने से लेकर इसकी प्रोसेसिंग, पाश्चराइजेशन और पैकेजिंग तक की संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने डेयरी के प्रमुख उत्पाद दूध, दही, छाछ, घी, श्रीखंड आदि निर्माण प्रक्रिया की जानकारी दी।
डेयरी के चेयरमैन नोपाराम जाखड़ ने बताया कि सभी उत्पादों के निर्माण में शुद्धता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाता है और गुणवत्ता से किसी प्रकार का समझौता नहीं किया जाता। उन्होंने राज्य सरकार द्वारा गोपालकों को प्रति लीटर ₹5 सब्सिडी दिए जाने को बेहद लाभकारी बताया। उन्होंने प्लांट की मशीनरी की जानकारी दी।
संभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. नीरज के. पवन ने कहा कि डेयरी के उत्पादों और इसकी शुद्धता की जानकारी आमजन तक पहुंचे, इसके मद्देनजर यह शैक्षणिक भ्रमण करवाया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि आगे भी ऐसे कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने इन उत्पादों के प्रचार प्रसार का आह्वान किया।
सहायक निदेशक (जनसंपर्क) हरि शंकर आचार्य ने कहा कि भ्रमण से युवा पत्रकारों को डेयरी की कार्यप्रणाली की जानकारी मिलेगी।
बीकानेर प्रेस क्लब के अध्यक्ष जयनारायण बिस्सा ने कहा कि पत्रकारों द्वारा सामाजिक सरोकार के कार्यों में बढ़-चढ़कर भागीदारी निभाई जाती है।
जार के जिलाध्यक्ष श्याम मारू ने संगठन की अब तक की गतिविधियों की जानकारी दी। प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष भवानी जोशी ने स्वागत उद्बोधन दिया। जार के महासचिव अजीज भुट्टा ने आभार जताया।
इस दौरान जार की ओर से संभागीय आयुक्त, डेयरी चेयरमैन, प्रबंध निदेशक, सहायक निदेशक (जनसंपर्क) और डेयरी के प्रशासनिक अधिकारी का सम्मान किया गया। इस अवसर पर संभागीय आयुक्त और डेयरी चेयरमेन ने पौधारोपण किया।
इस दौरान जनसंपर्क विभाग के सेवानिवृत्त संयुक्त निदेशक दिनेश चंद्र सक्सेना, डेयरी के प्रशासनिक अधिकारी सलीम भाटी, प्लांट मैनेजर भरत सिंह सहित पत्रकार मौजूद रहे।

Dairy’s Managing Director Babulal Bishnoi told reporters about the entire process from receiving milk from dairy farmers to its processing, pasteurization and packaging. He informed about the manufacturing process of major dairy products like milk, curd, buttermilk, ghee, shrikhand etc.
Dairy Chairman Noparam Jakhar said that special care is taken in the manufacture of all the products and no compromise is made with the quality. He termed the state government’s subsidy of ₹ 5 per liter to cow herders as very beneficial. He gave information about the machinery of the plant.
Divisional Commissioner Dr. Neeraj K. Pawan said that this educational tour has been organized in order to make the information about dairy products and its purity accessible to the general public. He said that such programs will be organized in future also. He called for the promotion of these products.
Assistant Director (Public Relations) Hari Shankar Acharya said that the young journalists would get to know about the functioning of the dairy through the excursion.
President of Bikaner Press Club, Jayanarayan Bissa said that journalists actively participate in works of social concern.
Jar’s District President Shyam Maru gave information about the activities of the organization so far. State Vice President Bhavani Joshi gave the welcome address. JAR general secretary Aziz Bhutta proposed the vote of thanks.
During this, the Divisional Commissioner, Dairy Chairman, Managing Director, Assistant Director (Public Relations) and Administrative Officer of the Dairy were honored on behalf of the Jar. On this occasion, Divisional Commissioner and Dairy Chairman planted saplings.
During this, retired Joint Director of Public Relations Department Dinesh Chandra Saxena, Dairy’s Administrative Officer Salim Bhati, Plant Manager Bharat Singh and journalists were present.
