खबरों को मोड़े लेकिन तोड़े नहीं: सम्भागीय आयुक्त नीरज के पवन  

जर्नलिस्‍टस एसोसिएशन ऑफ राजस्थान का होली स्नेह मिलन समारोह आयोजित

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। सम्भागीय आयुक्त नीरज के पवन का कहना है कि पत्रकार को खबर के तथ्‍य के साथ छेड़छाड़ नहीं करनी चाहिए। वह चाहे तो खबर को मोड़ सकता है और चाहे जितना मोड़े  लेकिन तथ्‍यों को तोड़े  नहीं। वे जर्नलिस्‍टस एसोसिएशन ऑफ राजस्थान (जार) की ओर से यहां  मोती भवन में होली मिलन समारोह  को सम्‍बोधित कर रहे थें।

  कार्यक्रम में सम्भागीय आयुक्त नीरज के पवन के साथ-साथ, पुलिस महानिरीक्षक ओम प्रकाश, जिला कलक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल, जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक तेजस्विनी गौतम, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिशंकर, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. अबरार पंवार,उप महापौर राजेन्द्र पंवार, डेयरी चैयरमेन नोपाराम जाखड़, होलसेल भंडार चैयरमेन नगेन्द्र सिंह,जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष एन. डी. व्यास, भाजपा नेता दिलीप पुरी, कांग्रेस नेता गजेंद्र सिंह सांखला जार के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष भवानी जोशी समेत अनेक वक्‍ताओं ने पत्रकारों के इस आयोजन को सामयिक आवश्‍यकता बताया। 

इस मौके पर वरिष्‍ठ पत्रकार राजीव हर्ष, पत्रकार हरीश बी शर्मा,  जार के जिलाध्‍यक्ष श्‍याम मारू ने पत्रकारो  के संघर्षमय जीवन की जानकारी दी।  शैक्षणिक भ्रमण पर दिल्‍ली गए पत्रकारों का  अतिथियों ने प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सभी को सम्मानित किया।

पत्रकारों को संबोधित करते हुए सम्भागीय आयुक्त नीरज के. पवन ने कहा कि कलम का अपना कुनबा है शब्दो का अपना संसार है कथ्य,तथ्य, नैपथ्य  से कहीं से भी खबरे निकालना ही पत्रकारिता  हैा उन्‍होंने कहा कि  पत्रकार होना ही बड़ी बात है जो जिले के 26 लाख एवं संभाग के 68 लाख लोगों तक योजनाओं को पहुंचाते हैं। पुलिस महानिरीक्षक ओमप्रकाश ने कहा सकारात्मक रिपोर्टिंग से देश का भविष्य सुधारा जा सकता है।

जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने कहा बीकानेर के पत्रकार सही मायनों में लिखते हैं व शोशल मीडिया पर खबर को खबर की तरह दिखाने से दिन भर सूचनाएं मिल जाती है। जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक तेजस्विनी गौतम ने पूर्व में जार द्वारा आयोजित अन्य कार्यक्रमो की याद साझा करते हुए सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण के साथ कार्य करते रहने पुलिस व पत्रकार के पेशे को रेल की दो पटरियों के जैसा रिश्ता बताया।

अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिशंकर ने कहा  हित चिंतन होना चाहिए, वर्तमान में क्राइम के बदलते स्वरूप पर भी कड़ी नजर रखने को आगाह किया। 

हरीश बी शर्मा ने मंचस्‍थ अतिथियों का यथानाम अनुसार परिचय दियाा लोक कवि बाबू लाल छंगाणी ने हास्य रस प्रस्तुत करते हुए जोरदार ठहाके लगवाए।

इस दौरान जार जिलाध्यक्ष श्याम मारू, राजस्थान पत्रिका पूर्व सम्पादक राजीव हर्ष, अजीज भुट्टा, विक्रम जागरवाल, धीरज जोशी,राज भोजक ,जीतू बीकानेरी, सुजान सिंह राठौड़, अनिल रावत,निखिल स्वामी, कुशाल सिंह मेड़तिया ,सिदार्थ जोशी , मोहन लाल , जयनारायण बिस्‍सा, केके गौड़, पार्षद शिव कुमार रँगा, अजीज भुट्टा, जया रामपुरिया, कपिला स्वामी ने शॉल, साफा, माल्यार्पण से उच्चअधिकारियों का स्वागत सत्कार किया।

इस दौरान जार के प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष भवानी शंकर जोशी व जिलाध्यक्ष श्याम मारू ने सभी आगन्तुको का आभार व्यक्त किया।

Holi Sneh Milan function organized by Journalists Association of Rajasthan

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Divisional Commissioner Neeraj K Pawan says that the journalist should not tamper with the facts of the news. He can twist the news as much as he wants but don’t break the facts. He was addressing the Holi Milan ceremony on behalf of the Journalists Association of Rajasthan (JAR) at Moti Bhawan here.

In the program, along with Divisional Commissioner Neeraj K Pawan, Inspector General of Police Om Prakash, District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal, District Superintendent of Police Tejaswini Gautam, Additional Superintendent of Police Harishankar, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Abrar Panwar, Deputy Mayor Rajendra Panwar, Dairy Chairman Noparam Jakhar, Wholesale Store Chairman Nagendra Singh, President of District Legal Services Authority N. Several speakers, including D. Vyas, BJP leader Dilip Puri, Congress leader Gajendra Singh Sankhla Jar State Vice President Bhavani Joshi, termed this event of journalists as an urgent need.

On this occasion, senior journalist Rajeev Harsh, journalist Harish B Sharma, Jar District President Shyam Maru gave information about the struggling life of journalists. The guests honored the journalists who went on an educational tour to Delhi by giving them certificates.

While addressing the journalists, Divisional Commissioner Neeraj K. Pawan said that pen has its own family, words have their own world, extracting news from anywhere is journalism. deliver to Inspector General of Police Omprakash said that the future of the country can be improved by positive reporting.

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal said that the journalists of Bikaner write in the true sense and by showing the news as news on social media, information is received throughout the day.
