बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ समाज के सभी वर्गों को साथ लेकर समाज सेवा, प्राणी सेवा आदि जैसे अनुकरणीय कार्य करता रहा है । यह गुण ईश्वरीय आशीर्वाद से ही प्राप्त होते हैं जो ईश्वर ने बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ को तोहफे में दिए है । यह शब्द जिला कलक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ द्वारा बीमार व अपंग गौवंश को उठाकर अस्पताल ले जाने हेतु भेंट की गई लिफ्ट मशीन के अनावरण अवसर पर कहे।
कलाल ने कहा कि जहां मानव दिन भर अपने घर, अपने व्यापार में उलझा रहता है वहाँ संघ के अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया दिन भर समाज सेवा, प्राणी सेवा के कार्यों में व्यस्त रहकर समाज को नई दिशा देने में लगे रहते हैं । लिफ्ट गाड़ी का अनावरण करते हुए श्रीमती सी एम मूंधड़ा मेमोरियल चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट के मुख्य ट्रस्टी देवकिशन मूंधड़ा ने बताया कि गौसेवा से बड़ा कोई धर्म नहीं है और व्यक्ति विशेष में गौमाता के प्रति आदर और दया होना उसके संस्कारों पर निर्भर करता है और बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ ने तकलीफ में सड़कों पर पड़ी गायों के बारे में सोचकर निश्चय ही अपने सुसंस्कारों को फलित किया है। बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ के अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया ने बताया कि बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ से जुड़े उद्यमियों ने अपने उदार स्वभाव को दर्शाते हुए पूर्व में गौवंश पर आए लंपी रोग के संकट को दूर करने के लिए मुक्त हृदय से सहयोग किया और आज सभी के सहयोग से गौसेवा को समर्पित अग्रसेन जीव जंतु कल्याण एवं गोसेवा ट्रस्ट को यह लिफ्ट मशीन भेंट की गई है ताकि सड़क पर तड़प रहे गौवंश को अस्पताल ले जाने में कोई असुविधा ना हो। इस लिफ्ट मशीन में उपयोग ली जा रही गाड़ी स्व. शांति देवी जिंदल की स्मृति में उनके सुपुत्र गौसेवक गोपीकिशन जिंदल ने भेंट की है।

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal said these words on the occasion of unveiling of the lift machine presented by Bikaner District Industry Association to pick up sick and crippled cows and take them to the hospital.
Kalal said that where human beings are engaged in their business and home throughout the day, the President of the Sangh, Dwarkaprasad Pachisia, is engaged in giving a new direction to the society by being busy in social service and animal service throughout the day. Inaugurating the lift car, Chief Trustee of Smt.
