जयपुर, @MaruSangram। भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के पूर्व कप्तान महेंद्र सिंह धोनी के पूर्व बिजनेस पार्टनर मिहिर दिवाकर को जयपुर पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी मिहिर ने क्रिकेट एकेडमी की फ्रेंचाइजी देने का झांसा देकर जयपुर में एक युवक से 12 लाख रुपए ऐंठ लिए थे।
मामले की जांच करते हुए जयपुर की करणी विहार थाना पुलिस ने मिहिर को नोएडा से पकड़ा है। पुलिस ने गुरुवार दोपहर आरोपी को कोर्ट में पेश कर एक दिन के रिमांड पर लिया है।
SI रामपाल ने बताया- धोखाधड़ी के मामले में आरोपी मिहिर दिवाकर (41) पुत्र राघव सिंह को गिरफ्तार किया है। जो सेक्टर-119 नोएडा उत्तर प्रदेश का रहने वाला है। मिहिर दिवाकर भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के पूर्व कप्तान महेंद्र सिंह धोनी का बिजनेस पार्टनर रह चुका है।
15 अगस्त 2021 को महेन्द्र सिंह धोनी ने मिहिर दिवाकर और सौम्या दास की कंपनी अरका स्पोर्ट्स मैनेजमेंट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड से कॉन्टैक्ट खत्म कर लिया था।
क्या है मामला
दरअसल, 4 मार्च 2023 को करणी विहार थाने में गंगा सागर स्कीम सिरसी रोड के रहने वाले जयदेव रोज ने धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज करवाया था।
शिकायत में बताया अरका स्पोर्टस मेनेजमेंट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के निदेशक मिहिर दिवाकर, उनकी पत्नी सौम्या दास, कंपनी के अधिकारी रोहित जग्गी और अजय बोहरा ने उनके साथ धोखाधड़ी कर 12 लाख रुपए हड़प लिए है।
आरोपियों ने क्रिकेटर महेंद्र सिंह धोनी के नाम से एकेडमी के लिए फ्रेंचाइजी देने का झांसा देकर रुपए ऐंठ लिए।
आरोपियों ने ना तो एकेडमी खुलवाई, ना रुपए वापस लौटाए। पुलिस ने मामले की जांच के बाद आरोपी मिहिर दिवाकर को नोएडा से दबिश देकर पकड़ा है।
धोनी ने भी मिहिर पर कर रखा केस
41 साल के मिहिर दिवाकर खुद भी क्रिकेटर रहे हैं। 39 फर्स्ट क्लास और 36 लिस्ट ए मैच खेले। बिहार की रणजी टीम में धोनी के साथ थे। साल 2000 में अंडर-19 वर्ल्ड कप जीतने वाली इंडियन टीम में भी रहे थे।
मिहिर के खिलाफ धोनी ने भी रांची की सिविल कोर्ट ने में 4 जनवरी 2024 को धोखाधड़ी का केस दर्ज कराया था। इसके बाद मिहिर ने भी धोनी पर मानहानि का केस दर्ज करा दिया था।

The accused neither opened the academy nor returned the money. After investigating the matter, the police raided and arrested the accused Mihir Diwakar from Noida.
Dhoni has also filed a case against Mihir
41-year-old Mihir Diwakar himself has also been a cricketer. Played 39 first class and 36 List A matches. Was with Dhoni in Bihar’s Ranji team. He was also in the Indian team that won the Under-19 World Cup in the year 2000.
Dhoni also filed a fraud case against Mihir in the civil court of Ranchi on 4 January 2024. After this, Mihir also filed a defamation case against Dhoni.
