बीकानेर, @MaruSangramnews। रा.उ.मा.विद्यालय बारहगुवाड मे संचालित सात दिवसीय एनएसएस शिविर में शनिवार को बालिका सशक्तिकरण विषय पर सेमिनार आयोजित किया गया।
जिसमें मुख्य प्रवक्ता के रूप में समाजसेवी डॉ.अर्पिता गुप्ता को आमंत्रित किया गया| कार्यक्रम के आरंभ में शिविर प्रभारी अतिमा माथुर व मोहिनी स्वामी ने डॉ. गुप्ता का स्वागत किया।
डॉ.अर्पिता गुप्ता ने कहा समाज मे बालिकाओं को सामाजिक, आर्थिक, राजनैतिक न्याय, विचार, विश्वास, धर्म और उपासना की स्वतंत्रता, अवसर की समानता का सु-अवसर प्रदान करना ही बालिका सशक्तिकरण का मुख्य उदेश्य है।बालिका सशक्तिकरण के लिये यह अतिआवश्यक है कि बालिकाओं को अधिकारों के साथ कर्तव्यों का बोध हो, शिक्षा के साथ संस्कारों का भी समावेश हो। इन सब का अगर जीवन में समावेश किया जाये तो बालिका सशक्तिकरण सही मायने में पूर्णतया प्राप्त होगा|।
आत्मरक्षा विशेषज्ञ मीनाक्षी चौहान ने कहा की महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले दहेज प्रथा, अशिक्षा, यौन हिंसा, असमानता, भ्रूण हत्या, महिलाओं के प्रति घरेलू हिंसा, वैश्यावृति, मानव तस्करी आदि कुरीतियों को रोकना आवश्यक।
इस अवसर पर बालिकाओं ने अपनी दैनिक समस्याओं से सम्बंधित कई प्रश्न किये जिनका डॉ. गुप्ता ने अपने जवाबों द्वारा समाधान बताया।
अंत मे प्रधानाचार्य मधु पुरोहित, अतिमा माथुर, मोहिनी स्वामी ने डॉ. गुप्ता का आभार व्यक्त किया।
कार्यक्रम मे सुधा हर्ष संगीता सेन रीता तनेजा कमलेश कँवर प्रीति बाला व्याख्याता आदि उपस्थित रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangramnews. A seminar on the topic of girl empowerment was organized on Saturday in the seven-day NSS camp conducted at R.U.M. Vidyalaya Barhguwad.
In which social worker Dr. Arpita Gupta was invited as the chief spokesperson. At the beginning of the program, camp in-charge Atima Mathur and Mohini Swami welcomed Dr. Gupta.
Dr. Arpita Gupta said that the main objective of girl empowerment is to provide good opportunities to girls in the society like social, economic, political justice, freedom of thought, belief, religion and worship, equality of opportunity. This is very important for girl empowerment. The aim is that girls should be aware of their duties along with their rights, and values should also be included along with education. If all these are incorporated in life then girl empowerment will be achieved in its true sense.
Self-defense expert Meenakshi Chauhan said that to empower women, first of all it is necessary to stop the evils like dowry system, illiteracy, sexual violence, inequality, feticide, domestic violence against women, prostitution, human trafficking etc.
On this occasion, the girls asked many questions related to their daily problems, to which Dr. Gupta explained the solutions through his answers.
In the end Principal Madhu Purohit, Atima Mathur, Mohini Swami expressed their gratitude to Dr. Gupta.
Sudha Harsh, Sangeeta Sen, Rita Taneja, Kamlesh Kanwar, Preeti Bala, lecturer etc. were present in the program.
