’शुद्ध आहार – मिलावट पर वार’ अभियान के तहत कोयला गली में कार्यवाही, 140 किलो सड़ी क्रीम करवाई नष्ट
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। “शुद्ध आहार – मिलावट पर वार“ अभियान तथा 100 दिवसीय कार्य योजना के अन्तर्गत खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों भानू प्रताप सिंह, श्रवण कुमार वर्मा एवम सुरेन्द्र कुमार के दल द्वारा कोयला गली स्थित प्रतिष्ठान से फंगस लगी हुई बदबूदार 140 किलो क्रीम को मौके पर ही नष्ट करवाया गया।
दल द्वारा खाद्य पदार्थों के कुल 3 नमूने लिए गए जिन्हें जांच हेतु जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशला भिजवाया जायेगा। मोबाइल फूड टेस्टिंग लैब द्वारा कुल 19 नमूनो की जांच की गई।
मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार ने बताया कि अभियान के तहत गर्ल्स हॉस्टल वेटरनरी कॉलेज बीकानेर में ईट राइट केंपस की गतिविधि पूर्ण की गई।
खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों के दल ने आमजन को शुद्ध आहार मिलावट पर वार अभियान के बारे में जानकारी दी तथा उन्हें स्वस्थ एवं स्वच्छ खाद्य पदार्थ और श्री अन्न मोटा अनाज की उपयोगिता के बारे में भी बताया। खाद्य कारोबार कर्ताओं को खाद्य पदार्थों को खुले में नहीं रखने एवम ढक कर रखने हेतु पाबंद किया गया।

Under the campaign ‘Pure Food – Attack on Adulteration’, action was taken in Koyal Gali, 140 kg of rotten cream was destroyed
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Under the “Pure Food – Attack on Adulteration” campaign and 100-day action plan, a team of food safety officers Bhanu Pratap Singh, Shravan Kumar Verma and Surendra Kumar destroyed 140 kg of smelly cream containing fungus on the spot from an establishment located at Coal Lane. Went.
A total of 3 samples of food items were taken by the team which will be sent to the Public Health Laboratory for testing. A total of 19 samples were tested by the mobile food testing lab.
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar said that under the campaign, the Eat Right Campus activity was completed in Girls Hostel Veterinary College, Bikaner.
The team of food safety officers informed the general public about the ‘War on Food Adulteration’ campaign and also told them about the usefulness of healthy and clean foods and Shri Anna coarse grains. Food business operators were prohibited from keeping food items in the open and keeping them covered.
