108 एम्बुलेंस मिली नदारद, रिकार्ड भी अधूरा
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। सीएमएचओ डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार द्वारा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र गजनेर, पीएचसी नौरंगदेसर व गुसाइंसर अस्पतालों का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया।
गजनेर अस्पताल में 108 एम्बुलेंस बिना सूचना नदारद मिली। काफी समय टालमटोल के बाद वाहन चालक एम्बुलेंस लेकर अस्पताल पहुंचा तो उसमें ईएमटी नर्सिंग कर्मचारी नहीं था। साथ ही एंबुलेंस की लॉग बुक व अन्य रिकॉर्ड अधूरे पाए गए।
डॉ. अबरार ने सेवा प्रदाता कंपनी जीवीके इएमआरआई के नाम नोटिस जारी कर जवाब तलब किया है। मौके पर अस्पताल प्रभारी डॉ दुर्गावती टाक सहित अन्य स्टाफ मौजूद रहे।
डॉ. अबरार ने गुसाईसर व नौरंगदेसर अस्पताल में एमसीएनएन सत्र भी देखा। गुसाईंसर में कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर बिना सूचना अनुपस्थित पाया गया जिसे नोटिस जारी किया गया है।

जिला प्रजनन एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. राजेश कुमार गुप्ता ने सेरूणा, पूनरासर व गुसाइंसर अस्पतालों में चल रहे एमसीएचएन सत्रों का निरीक्षण किया।
यहां टीकाकरण के साथ कोल्ड चैन का भी निरीक्षण कर तापमान का रिकार्ड संधारित रखने व वैक्सीन के प्रोटोकॉल अनुसार स्टोर करने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने सही ड्यू लिस्ट बनाने तथा शत प्रतिशत बच्चों को ड्यू लिस्ट अनुसार टीकाकरण हेतु बुलाने के निर्देश दिए। किशोर-किशोरियों को लगने वाले टीडी वैक्सीन को प्राथमिकता से लगाने तथा रोटासिल वैक्सीन हेतु आवश्यक तैयारी के निर्देश भी डॉ गुप्ता ने दिए।
उन्होंने पहले 12 सप्ताह में एएनसी पंजीकरण करवाने तथा प्रत्येक गर्भवती की कम से कम 4 गुणवत्तापूर्ण एएनसी जांच के निर्देश दिए। निरीक्षण के दौरान सहायक सांख्यिकी अधिकारी विनीत पुरोहित व तुषार पंवार मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. CMHO Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar conducted a surprise inspection of Community Health Center Gajner, PHC Naurangdesar and Gusciencer Hospitals.
108 ambulances found missing without notice in Gajner Hospital. After procrastinating for a long time, when the driver reached the hospital with an ambulance, there was no EMT nursing staff in it. Also, the log book and other records of the ambulance were found incomplete.
Dr. Abrar has issued a notice to the service provider company GVK EMRI and sought its reply. Hospital in-charge Dr. Durgavati Tak and other staff were present on the spot.
Dr. Abrar also witnessed MCNN sessions at Gusaisar and Naurangdesar hospitals. In Gusaisar, a computer operator was found absent without notice and a notice has been issued.
100% vaccination of children should be done as per due list: Dr. Gupta
District Reproductive and Child Health Officer Dr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta inspected the MCHN sessions going on in Seruna, Poonrasar and Gusciencer hospitals.
Here, along with vaccination, the cold chain was also inspected and instructions were given to maintain the record of temperature and store the vaccine as per the protocol.
He instructed to make correct due list and call 100 percent children for vaccination as per the due list. Dr. Gupta also gave instructions to administer TD vaccine to adolescents on priority and to make necessary preparations for Rotasil vaccine.
He directed to get ANC registration done in the first 12 weeks and at least 4 quality ANC tests for every pregnant woman. Assistant Statistics Officers Vineet Purohit and Tushar Panwar were present during the inspection.
