जयपुर, MaruSangram। जयपुर में दूर के रिश्तेदार के 10वीं क्लास की छात्र से रेप का मामला सामने आया है। बहला-फुसलाकर घर से ले जाकर आरोपी रिश्तेदार ने उसके साथ रेप किया।
अश्लील वीडियो को शेयर करने की धमकी देकर देहशोषण करता रहा। ब्लैकमेलिंग से परेशान होकर नाबालिग पीड़िता ने जहर खाकर सुसाइड का प्रयास किया। हॉस्पिटल से छुट्टी मिलन के बाद नाबालिग पीड़िता की मां ने तुंगा थाने में FIR दर्ज करवाई है।
SHO (तुंगा) दिगपाल सिंह ने बताया कि तुंगा निवासी महिला ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। दूर के रिश्तेदार त्रिलोक ने उनकी 17 साल की बेटी से रेप किया है। साल-2021 में उनकी बेटी 10वीं क्लास में पढ़ रही थी। रिश्तेदार होने के कारण आरोपी त्रिलोक का घर पर आना-जाना था। आरोप है कि 15 अप्रैल 2021 को मिलने के बहाने घर आया।
नाबालिग बेटी को बहला-फुसलाकर काम के बहाने अपने साथ नाले की तरफ ले गया। सुनसान जगह ले जाकर आरोपी त्रिलोक ने नाबालिग बेटी के साथ रेप किया। इस दौरान आरोपी ने उसके अश्लील फोटो-वीडियो बना लिए।
किसी को बताने पर अश्लील वीडियो को वायरल करने की धमकी दी। इसके बाद अश्लील वीडियो से ब्लैकमेल कर आरोपी त्रिलोक उसे मिलने बुलाकर देहशोषण करने लगा।
ब्लैकमेलिंग से परेशान होकर खाया जहर
23 नवंबर 2023 को वीडियो डिलीट करने के कहकर उसे बस्सी स्थित होटल में बुलाकर रेप किया।
विरोध करने पर वीडियो को शेयर करने के साथ ही भाई को जान से मारने की धमकी दी। ब्लैकमेलिंग से परेशान होकर नाबालिग पीड़िता ने घर पर जहर खा लिया। तबीयत बिगड़ने पर परिजनों ने उसे हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती करवाया।
अस्पताल से छुट्टी मिलने पर पीड़िता ने अपनी मां को आपबीती सुनाई। तुंगा थाने में नाबालिग पीड़िता की मां ने आरोपी रिश्तेदार के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई। पुलिस ने पॉक्सो एक्ट में FIR दर्ज कर नाबालिग पीड़िता का मेडिकल करवाकर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है।

SHO (Tunga) Digpal Singh said that a woman resident of Tunga has lodged a report. Trilok, a distant relative, has raped his 17 year old daughter. In the year 2021, his daughter was studying in 10th class. Being a relative, the accused Trilok had to visit the house. It is alleged that he came home on the pretext of meeting on 15 April 2021.
He coaxed the minor daughter and took her towards the drain on the pretext of work. Accused Trilok raped the minor daughter by taking her to a deserted place. During this time the accused made obscene photos and videos of her.
Threatened to make the obscene video viral if he told anyone. After this, after blackmailing her with obscene videos, the accused Trilok called her to meet her and started sexually assaulting her.
Consumed poison due to blackmailing
On 23 November 2023, after asking her to delete the video, he called her to a hotel in Bassi and raped her.
Along with sharing the video, he threatened to kill the brother if he protested. Troubled by blackmailing, the minor victim consumed poison at home. When his health deteriorated, his family got him admitted to the hospital.
After being discharged from the hospital, the victim narrated her ordeal to her mother. The mother of the minor victim lodged a report against the accused relative at Tunga police station. The police have registered an FIR under the POCSO Act and started investigating the case by getting the minor victim medically examined.
