संसद की सुरक्षा और होगी कड़ी, विजिटर पास पर तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक

नईदिल्ली, @MaruSangram। संसद की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में चूक के बाद अतिरिक्त सतर्कता बढ़ा दी गई है। सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की नए सिरे से समीक्षा की जाएगी और उसी के अनुरूप इंतजाम किया जाएगा।

विजिटर पास बनाने पर तत्काल प्रभाव से प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है। मंत्रियों एवं सांसदों के सहायकों के प्रवेश पर भी रोक लगाने पर विचार किया जा रहा है।

इस बीच, लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने गृह मंत्रालय के विशेष सचिव को पत्र लिखकर घटना की विस्तृत समीक्षा के साथ-साथ सुरक्षा प्रबंधों को और सख्त करने का निर्देश दिया है। किसे प्रवेश देना है किसे नहीं।

सूचना है कि अब प्रवेश द्वार पर ही पूरे शरीर की जांच के लिए स्कैनर लगाया जाएगा। साथ ही नए संसद भवन में अलग-अलग गेट से प्रवेश की व्यवस्था होगी।

सर्वदलीय बैठक में उठा सुरक्षा चूक का मुद्दा

घटना के बाद सदस्यों ने सदन में भी मामला उठाया। उसके बाद शाम स्पीकर की अध्यक्षता में सर्वदलीय बैठक में सुरक्षा में चूक पर चिंता जताई गई एवं उच्चस्तरीय जांच की मांग की गई।

सभी दलों के प्रतिनिधियों का कहना था कि संसद की तीन स्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के बावजूद इतनी बड़ी घटना कैसे हो गई।

स्पीकर ओम बिरला ने घटना की प्रारंभिक जांच का हवाला देते हुए सदस्यों को आश्वस्त किया कि अंतिम जांच रिपोर्ट आने पर सबको बताया जाएगा।

Parliament security will be tighter, visitor passes banned with immediate effect

New Delhi, @MaruSangram. Extra vigilance has been increased after the lapse in the security arrangements of Parliament. The security arrangements will be reviewed afresh and arrangements will be made accordingly.

Making of visitor passes has been banned with immediate effect. A ban on the entry of assistants of ministers and MPs is also being considered.

Meanwhile, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has written a letter to the Special Secretary of the Home Ministry, directing a detailed review of the incident as well as further tightening of security arrangements. Who should be allowed entry and who not?

It is reported that now a scanner will be installed at the entrance itself for full body checking. Also, there will be arrangements for entry into the new Parliament building from different gates.

Issue of security lapse raised in all-party meeting

After the incident, members also raised the issue in the House. After that, in the all-party meeting chaired by the Speaker in the evening, concern was expressed over the security lapse and a demand for a high-level inquiry was made.

Representatives of all the parties said that despite the three-tier security system of the Parliament, how did such a big incident happen.

Speaker Om Birla, citing the preliminary investigation of the incident, assured the members that everyone will be informed when the final investigation report comes.
